(30) Welcome to 2014

So we have our votes we will have a New Years Special. This is why I'm writing this. So here is a special New Years Special. Happy 2014 guys!

Ara/Ella's P.O.V

"Ella get dressed! We're going to the Volturi's for New Years!" Jenna yells walking into my cottage. I groan and keep my eyes on the T.V.

"Let me just finish this game," I yelled back. Kol flashed in and took another controller.

"Multiplayer?" he asked me.

"Sure," I pressed another button and restarted the game. We were about to start when the T.V turned off. Kol and I gave our whines of protest and looked up at Jenna. Jenna was already in her dress and I guess she just came here to tell me to get ready.

She wore a short gold and black dress that stopped at her mid-thighs. It had a black frilly skirt and a gold top with a sweetheart neckline. She paired the dress with black prism heels with a golden bow. She wore the golden heart necklace Kol got her for Christmas and her owl earrings. Kol as I failed to notice wore a black tux with a gold tie matching Jenna's dress.

"What was that for?!" I exclaimed. "I was about to kick Kol's sorry ass."

Jenna rolled her eyes at me. "What do you think I was suppose to do? Leave you here until morning?"

"Yes," I told her in a "What else?" voice.

"Get out I have to get her to change," she said to her bored boyfriend.

Kol smirked and crossed his arms. "I think I would love to see Little Ella change."

"Kol get out!" I told him using my telekinetic to moving him outside. I dropped him harshly onto the first floor making him groan in pain. I closed the door and looked at Jenna.

"Was that really necessary?" Jenna asked me.

"Yes. Yes it was," I told her smiling slightly. She smiled at me and took my arm. She opened the door and headed to my bedroom before pushing me into the bathroom.

 "Hurry up," she told me before closing the door on my face. I sighed and looked at my reflection. Another year gone by another year to live.

I was now sitting in a chair facing Jenna eyes closed. She told me not to open it until she was done with my hair and make up. I have been doing this for over 35 minutes and I was getting tired and bored. Just when I was going to give up Jenna stopped messing with my head.

"Done," she said turning my chair to face my mirror. "Take a look."

I opened my eyes and gasped. My hair was in perfect princess curls and was swept to the side. There was a loose braid that stopped after my ears that lead to the bundle of curls. My bangs were loosely clipped to the side and there was a strand of blonde hair on the other side of my face. And to top off the hairstyle Jenna added a sparkly pink headband on top of my head.

My makeup was pretty simple. Jenna put in light eyeshadow that blended well with my skin. She put in black eyeliner that made my blue eyes visible and put black mascara on my lashes. She put on a light blush on my cheeks and a light pink lipstick that looked like my natural lips.

"Not bad Jen. You didn't overdo it," I said to her looking at my reflection. I don't believe that I actually look like this. She took my hand and took me to my closet. She opens it and walks inside. I just watch and pulled the robe tighter around me as she went in further and further. Until she finally found a dress. She walked back out and my eyes scanned the one she's holding.

It was a gold dress. It was knee lenght and it had some black on it. One of the parts of the top was black and it lead like a zig zag until it stopped and had some kind of long scarf from the back. Jenna told me to try it on. I went to the bathroom and put on the dress. It hugged my body nicely and it wasn't to tight. 

When I went back out I saw Jenna and Kol making out on my bed. I made a disgusted noise in the back of my throat making them break out.

"Seriously? Not on my bed," I told them grabbing the gold shoes and putting them on.

"Sorry," I heard Jenna mumble before she and Kol flashed out. I sighed as I looked at my reflection again. Happy New Year.

We met up at the house before we started driving away. It took about an hour to reach Volterra and 30 minutes to go to the castle. When we got there however there was alot of people in dresses and tuxes. I saw Renesmee and the Cullens there just in front of us. 

Renesmee was wearing a cheap dress that I bet didn't cost a penny. I think she was the only one who looked like a homeless wannabe. I sound mean. Anyways we bumped into them and consisted a glare off. Elijah was glaring at Bella and Edward, I was glaring at Renesmee, and Rebekah was glaring at Alice.

"Come in Mikaelsons and guests," the bouncer said when he spotted us. We smirked as we cutted in line and passed the Cullens. 

"Oh the Cullens also," but we were already inside to care less about the Cullens. 

The inside was huge and amazing. (I'm bad at describing so on the side) There were people dancing and just roaming around. I smiled when I saw Jane and Alec heading our way. Alec was wearing a black tux. He smirked when he saw Caroline and they began talking (flirting) to each other.

Jane indulged me into a huge hug before she started to talk to Rebekah animatedly. Out of the corner of my eye I saw the Cullens glaring at us but when they saw me looking they started to whisper to each other.

"Who do they think they are? They just can't walk into Forks and start ruling us like their royalty," Rosalie whispers.

"Rose be nice. They are after all the creators of all vampires," Esme whispers back. I saw Rosalie and Bella roll their eyes before continuing their talking.

"Plus even if we plan to kill them they won't die," Bella says looking at Elijah and us with hatred. And I thought that she was my mother.

Their planning on killing us, I said to Rebekah's head.

Rebekah turned to me and noticed where I was looking at. She rolled her eyes and looked at me.

I'd like to see them try. With you protecting us and Klaus a hybrid they don't stand a chance, she said back.

Eh? Yeah you're right, I smirked to her. This might not be a boring year after all.
