-that night at Josh's house-

Tyler sat in a red gaming chair,josh across from him in a black one.

like the first night they hung out.

Josh had earlier been blasting blink-182 until his mom got mad and took his records away.

So now,the soundtrack to each other's company were the voices of cartoons characters on a tv.

Tyler felt a bit uncomfortable,like he was being watched.
He looked up and sure enough,Josh's beautiful mocha eyes were on him.

Josh quickly looked away to his pre cal work.

Tyler blushed a bit.

He watched josh,his eyes burning into him the same way his did Tyler.

Josh looked up and met Tyler's gaze.

"What?" He asked,a giddy smile on his face.

"What me? No,I should be asking you that." Tyler replied,the same type of smile turning his cheeks red.

"What do you mean?" Josh asked as he closed his pre cal textbook,fully engaging his attention in his CUTE friend.

"Every time I look up you're staring at me. What,you like something?"

Josh blushed, "don't ask questions if your not prepared for the answer."

That was the answer he didn't expect...not that he didn't like it.

"Joshua," Tyler tsked.

"Tyler," josh mocked back.

"Josh,how long have we been friends?"

"Just over two months,why?"

Tyler thought it over,it didn't seem out of the ordinary to say it,even tho,there was nothing that was ordinary to Tyler.

"Is it possible to fall in love with someone in two months?"

You could fucking HEAR Josh's eyes widen. This bitch was surprised as heelllll.

He accidentally threw his textbook out of his lap because he jumped so hard.
Hell,he almost flipped his damn gaming chair.

"Uh-uhm-wha-uh-wh-who,exactly?"

"You."

"Tyler,I-yeah i guess but-"

"Josh,I'm sorry,i wasn't supposed to say that was I? Oh,that wasn't normal,oh god,uh-um-um.."

Tyler started frantically looking around. More for no reason than for his things,but he did want to pack up and leave. He wanted to run and never stop.

"Tyler,that's-that's more normal than most people."

Tyler stopped and looked at josh.
They just stopped and watched each other for a while.

Their knees were already touching,but tyler moved closer.

Eventually,
Tyler was over him,in between Josh's legs and there foreheads almost together.
And everything seemed to be happening slowly.

"I-um-can i just..."

Tyler leaned in and pressed his soft lips to Josh's.
The kiss was slow and sweet,nothing like josh had ever experienced,Tyler either.

After a moment,they hesitantly pulled away.

"I-th-w-uh-um-" Tyler stuttered,looking away from josh.

Josh grabbed his chin gently and turned Tyler to look at him.

"That was the best kiss I've ever had." He said,voice almost a whisper.

And with that josh connected their lips once again.

He put his arms around Tyler's neck and pulled him closer.

It scared the shit out of Tyler,but he loved it so much.

He had a tingling sensation running from his lips to his stomach that made his head fuzzy-and god he loved it.

It was ecstatic,electricity flowing through both of their veins..so this is what people mean by fireworks..

Josh could feel Tyler smiling against his lips and his heart fluttered.

Have you ever loved someone so much your heart ached?
Just the thought of this person makes you wanna make some sort of inhuman noise?

That's how they feel.
They love each other,platonically of course because friends kiss sometimes,yeah-yeah that's right.

Tyler let go to catch his breath,resting his forehead in Josh's shoulder.

"I've- I've never even done that,oh my gosh."

"I'm glad to be your first." Josh laughed,rubbing Tyler's back.

"This is so unnatural  for me,why am I not crying?"

"Love does things to you." Josh explained.

And believe me,he's right.

"love..."Tyler hummed,burying his face in Josh's neck.
