Eve stared up at Lily as the Death Eater behind her stayed uncomfortably close. The werewolf creature yanked back on Lily's hair, jamming his wand further into his neck. "Say yes or she dies." He threatened.

"You'll kill her anyway," Eve said defiantly.

The man holding Lily smiled viciously down at her, "How about this then, Faery. You say yes, we kill her quickly. You say no, you watch as we torture her into insanity."

"Don't say yes, Eve," Lily told her, yelling out in pain as the man behind her yanked her hair once more.

"I suggest you let go of them, Death Eaters," a new voice entered the clearing. They all looked over to see Firenze and his pride walking into the clearing, all armed with bows and arrows, and swords.

"Oh really," the man behind her taunted, "What if you don't."

The centaurs didn't answer. Though, one, Ronan, shot an arrow at the man. Him falling to the ground behind Eve dead, and arrow sticking out from his eye. The Death Eaters quickly went to attack the centaurs, ignoring the girl they came for.

The werewolf creature, on the other hand, got ready to kill Lily. Eve quickly shot her hands out, knocking the man away from Lily, but not killing him. He looked up from where he fell and spotted Eve and Lily, surrounded by vines sprouting from the Earth. Eve's eyes were pitch black, her irises glowing an ominous green.

The creature was quick to Disapparate from the scene as the remainder of the Death Eaters did the same. Once they were all gone, Eve crashed to the ground unconscious.

"Eve?" Lily cried as she fell to the ground beside the Faery.

Eve woke up to the feeling of a cloud on her back. Her eyes opened in confusion as she looked around the unknown place. Her confusion was quick to fade when she spotted Lily, Remus, Peter, James, Sirius, Efa, Marlene, Alice, and Frank sitting around her bed. Most of them were asleep as well. Frank and Alice being the only ones awake.

"Hey, Eve," Alice whispered to the Faery, doing her best to not disturb the people sleeping. "How do you feel?"

"Like I'm on a cloud."

Frank let out a quiet chuckle, "The beds are comfortable aren't they?"

"What happened?" Eve asked as she gently sat up, wincing as the pain settled in.

"According to Lily you were put under the Cruciatus Curse," Frank told her sadly. "I can't imagine going through that."

"Neither can I," Alice agreed, "Especially going through it and coming out relatively fine. Madam Pomfrey said that there should be some side effects, though. Just random spasms or twitching. Though, apparently it could've been much worse."

"Hmm," Remus stirred awake. His eyes immediately finding Eve's. A smile was on his face, but it only lasted for a short while before his face was filled with worry. "Are you okay?" He asked, pulling her into a tight hug.

Pain raced up her back at the hug. She sighed in relief when he finally let go of her.

Once Remus was awake, he started pestering her with questions. Him being a mother hen woke up the others. Everyone was worried for Eve's health, but she kept insisting that she was okay. Most believed her in the fact besides Efa, Lily, Remus, and Sirius.

Soon though, they started asking about what had happened out in the Forbidden Forest. All that they knew was that Lily came running out of the Forest, doing her best to carry an unconscious Eve out. The only thing she had told Madam Pomfrey, well all she was able to get out through the tears were Cruciatus Curse before she broke down into sobs.

Efa was a wreck as well, when she found out what had happened to her twin. Lily and Efa both blaming themselves for what had happened to the Faery.

Eve and Lily looked at each other when the other requested to be told what had happened. They had a silent conversation with their eyes, and it was decided that Lily would tell the story, and when she couldn't talk anymore, Eve would continue on.

As Lily got ready to begin, Madam Pomfrey burst in and demanded that they all go off to bed and leave her patient to rest.

"I'm staying," Lily told her after everyone had hesitantly gone back up to their dorms. Efa sat on the other side of Eve's bed, not moving a muscle from her sister's side.

"You are not," Madam Pomfrey denied, "You both are going up to bed."

"I don't go here," Efa told the medi witch, "Not a student. I have every right to stay with my sister. And Lily has every right to stay with her girlfriend."

Lily didn't even try to deny it.
