Cecelia's POV
"Why are her eyes red?!" I said loudly and Ally quickly hushed me and closed the room door.
"They're red because..." Ms. P began to say and sat up in her bed "I'm a vampire now."
"But...how? You weren't bitten were you?" I asked Ms. P.
"No." she shook her head "I'm pretty sure the brat aka Elijah put a spell on me or something...but I'm not only a Vampire, I'm a Witch still"
"Are you sure?" I asked and she sighed and looked around the room. He eyes landed on the glass of water on her side table. She touched it and it soon began to bubble and heat up.
"That wasn't anything special but as you can see I still have some of my magic." She said
"He's trying to set us back! He knows we are after him... by him doing this he must know I can't cast the spell for the bite that will kill him without help from another witch" Ally huffed and sat down in a chair "Does everyone know I'm weak?!"
I was going to say something till someone walking in beat me to it "You're not weak" I looked towards the door and saw Ray walk in and Jacob shortly after.
Ally looked up and scowled at him "Where have been?" she asked angrily. He sat down in the seat next to her "I'm sorry babe. I really am...i can explain to you later, okay?"
She scoffed "Yeah sure. But, I'll probably change my mind and disappear for a couple of days without an explanation. Then pop up days later and apologize, and THEN and only THEN we can talk about it."
"Okay...so now that the drama is over. Why are your eyes red?" Jacob asked Ms.P
"I believe Elijah put a spell on me and I'm not Vampire either. I'm a hybrid I guess." Ms. P said
"But, this puts a wedge in our plan to stop Elijah. Ally probably can't perform the spell alone." I said
"Well if she's half witch she can help." Jacob said
"I was thinking..." Ray started to say but Jacob cut him off "Well this cant be good." Jacob mumbled
Ray growled at him and Jacob laughed, "The attack on the school, the little attacks on the people here and there...I believe he's just targeting Humans."
"Getting rid of the humans will help him do what he wants...but he still only has limited time on this earth till he goes away for another 500 years...getting rid of the humans wont benefit him at that point." Ally stated
"A town full of supernatural creatures...that would benefit him." Ms. P said "He obviously despises humans so he probably wants to take back his home town."
"He's going kill off every human...including me." I said
"He's not going to touch you. So don't worry about that." Jacob said
"Well, you wouldn't have to protect me if you will just make me a vampire..." I said
"NO" everyone in the room said
"The answer is no. But, what bothers me is that we haven't seen Chresanto in a while..." Jacob said
"Haven't seen him since all of this drama started occurring..." Ray said
"You guys think he's involved?" I asked and Ray and Jacob shared a glance then looked back at me nodding.
"What? No! He wouldn't." I said
"How are you so sure? It's very convenient of him to disappear just around the time of the attack." Ms.P said
I was at a lost for words. Chres? No. He couldn't have been involved. "Well, I can only find out." I said and grabbed my belongings
"Where are you going?" Jacob said blocking my way of the door.
"Going to see Chres see if he has anything to say about this topic. So please move."
"You're not going alone."
"I am."
"You aren't" He growled.
"Jacob. Move." He didn't budge. I looked towards Ray "Would you mind snapping his neck or something so I could go?"
"Maybe, Jacob should go with you...he might be dangerous Ce none of us knows him that well." Ray said
"Jacob you know him. You honestly think he would kill me?" I asked turning my attention back to Jacob
He growled again "Probably not because he's in love with you."
I sighed "Jacob, if you come he wont open up to anything. You will just rile him up and we don't need that."
Jacob didn't say anything. "I trust him enough not to hurt me and if he tries ill call you but please let me go and don't follow me either."
Slowly he moved away from the door and I quickly slipped out before he changed his mind.
Chres, please tell me you're not up to no good.
