Its been 4 years now & I'm currently 17, the day where I'm going to set out to see & become a pirate of the sea. Luffy was practically trying to get me to stay by wrapping one of his arms around me while the other was around a tree, I sweat drop when Dadan, Ace & Sly try to pry him off me
"BUT I WANT HIM TO STAY!!"
"LET HIM LEAVE LUFFY!!" it took about a couple minutes but no avail, that was until Makino came & got him to let go. I thanked her & gave her a hug, she then set a hat on my head, I look up at her as she smiles at me

"I thought this would look nice on you after you leave, Alex-kun." I lightly blush & I smile, when turning the hat backwards, a bit of my hair sticks out of the hat as I smile at her
"Its nice Makino, simple but nice, thank you." I hug her one more time & she hugs me back before letting me go, soon enough Ace & Luffy bring me into a hug & I smile again
"Don't die Alex, Luffy & I wanna kick your ass before anyone else does."
"I highly doubt that, if I can beat you I can beat them, & what makes you think you can beat me?" Ace went for a punch but I easily blocked it & flicked his forehead "Enough idiot, your fourteen so mature up. Hasn't Makino been giving you lessons on manners?"
"W-Where did you hear that nonsense from?!"
"Makino herself, me her are like best friends!"
"What about us?" I look at Luffy & see he was pouting, I wrap an arm around the two of them & grin like a idiot
"We're brothers! & that's better than nothing!"
"Yeah!" I look over & see that Sly turned into his griffon hybrid form, half wolf half griffon. He had a sattle on which contained food, water, clothes etc. I've been meaning to grab a Log Pose so I stole one from the Goa Kingdom & it was around my wrist, also around my neck was the scarf & a pair of goggles. You do not want to feel the wind in your eyes, it feels like their rolling back into the back of your head

"Well, I'll be going now. You two better behave for Makino & Dadan, oh & one more thing, hand this to Dadan would you. I would give it to her personally but unfortunately she isn't here & I'd like to leave sooner then you think so, please do me this solid." Ace nods & takes the letter from
"Will do... big brother."
"You finally gathered enough balls to call me big brother."
"Did not!"
"Did too~! Well, see you two on the Grand Line!" I put the goggles on before jumping on Sly's back "You ready Sly? once we leave the Dawn Island our Adventure begins."
"Ready as you are Boss!" Sly flapped his wings a little before jumping off the ledge & flying away from the Island, I turn around one final time & see them waving at me, Luffy & Ace had the biggest smiles so I turn around fully & wave at them
"See you in 3 years Ace & see you in 6 Luffy!"
"YEAH!!" I smile before turning around & Sly flying away from Dawn Island... fully
(Ace POV)
As soon as Alex was out of range, I look down at the letter that was in my hands & I open it, I instantly started smiling while laughing a little pit
"Whats so funny?"
"The letter he wrote."
"Whats it say whats it say?!" I roll my eyes & start reading it out loud
"Dear Dadan,
Greetings Dadan, I thank you for looking after me but mostly the ASL. I am eternally grateful at how you kinda raised them. I know we might have been a huge handful (mostly Luffy) but you still took care of us even though we might have pushed you to your limits. I hope you can forgive the four of us & I can't wait to see you again Dadan & the rest of the bandits.
P.S - I usually don't like mountain bandits but I give you guys a exception, you guys are the light that fills my heart (other then the other three & Makino)!"
"Wanna bet if Dadan cries?" I say to Luffy, he smirks
"Your on." we made it back to Dadan's hut & I hand to letter over to her, it only took a couple seconds & she burst into tears, I look over at Luffy & he grumbles under his breath
"Guess who has to give up all their meat to me for a entire month." he starts to sulk
"Me..."
"That's right!"
(Time Skip to a Couple Months)
(Alexander POV)
It didn't take that long to get the the Grand Line but the only reason why it did is because I had to land on a lot of Islands in the East Blue while also trying to avoid any contact with the Marines, Garp will kick my ass when he finds out I left Dawn Island to become a Pirate. Sly was in his human form & the two of us were walking around, I noticed a store so I walked into it while Sly stayed outside
"Hello young man, welcome to my tinkering shop! See anything you like?" I smile at the shopkeeper
"Not yet I don't." she smiles back as I look around, this place was full of old stuff! The things were old, no! the parts were! Cogs & springs, stuff like that! I noticed one thing was out of place so I picked it up & started fixing it
"W-Wait, don't touch that! I'm still--" & it was done "working on it..." it was like some type of snow globe thing but it was also like a music box with a little figure in the middle "How did you fix it?! I've been working on that for weeks!"
"Maybe it was because the cogs & screws were a little too tight." she then hugged me, making me blush & feel uncomfortable
"THANK YOU SO MUCH!! I know something that you might like, come come!" I followed her to the back room & she was pulling something out, it was a little red & black box thing & when she handed it to me it became a giant metal scythe

"Your really giving this, to me?" she nods
"I said anyone who could fix that little project will get a reward from me, cause that little music box belonged to me after my father passed." I place my hand on her shoulder
"Its alright kid." she hugs me & I pat her head, instead of it retracting into a box it retracted into a short pole so I placed it on my belt, I grin at her "Thanks kid, this will definitely come in handy!"
