Chapter 43. An Old Pal...

(Third Person POV)

Sabo & Alex have been hanging around for a few days & its been very fun, laughs & smiles everywhere. Alex had been teaching Sabo how to use the devil fruit & how to control it rather then lose control. Last time that happened he accidentally burnt half of the ships down

"We need a whole lot of practice." Alex said as he sweat dropped at the damage "Jeez, even I wasn't this bad."

"Hey!" after fixing the damage he caused the ships landed on an island so the two went on the isolated part on it & Alex started training Sabo, unaware of a certain pirate crew docking on the island

"Hey Luffy, don't get lost okay."

"Follow him Ace, Sly, he's gonna get lost." the two sweat drop & nod

"Will do." Luffy ran off while the older two ran after him, the straw hats miraculously found Sly on the half beaten island & Luffy instantly made Sly join, who willing agreed. Ace & Sly obviously found Luffy at a restaurant & in surprise, so were the Revolutionary & Whitebeard Pirates

"Marco, Thatch!" the two look up & smile

"Ace, Sly! Its been to long!"

"What are you doing here-yoi?" the two point at Luffy, who was fawning over Atami's arm, who was just staring at Luffy in confusing

"Who's she? & the other two?"

"Oh, that's Atami Frost, the one with white hair is Devina Frost aka Marco's crush, & Shay the Shadow Hound!" Ace's eyes widened

"The shadow hound? You mean Alex's friend?" hearing that made both the crews freeze while the three start to tear up

'Do they not know he's alive?'

'Man this is kinda sad-yoi.'

'Should we tell them he's alive?'

Alex had heard that they were there & once he heard Ace say his name, he instantly looked through Shay's eyes

'Don't tell them I'm there Shay! I promise I will tell them after I'm done with Sabo!'

'Okay…'

"Don't you know--"

"Yes! I am his friend!" they look at her confused but she gives them a face that says 'I got this' "He'd often talk about you, & how he had a wolf friend." the two blush at each other

"Aw~ does the cute little hound have a crush on the big bad wolf~?" she glared at him before turning into her shadow hound form & roaring at him

"What did you say?!"

"N-Nothing…" everyone sweat dropped

'Scary…'

(With Alexander & Sabo)

"We should go by & see them Alex!" he rubs the back of his neck in nervousness

"I-I don't know, what if their mad at me?" Sabo shakes his head

"Was I mad at you?"

"Kinda, yeah." Sabo sweat drops & shakes his head "I know what you mean but I'm really nervous, what if they don't want to see me?"

"If we know them well enough, they won't be mad at you, well maybe not Sly, but you know what I mean!" Alex sweat drops

"Thanks for the pip talk, man."

(Time Skip)

The two were currently in the village with Sabo pushing Alex towards the bar while Alex was refusing, he was far to scared to even see them! Alex was going to ditch but even Shay was yelling at him through their minds

'Man up you pussy bitch!'

'Never!'

"Oh come on Alex, not even I was this scared!"

"Excuse me, you weren't the one who was dying in their arms & saying sorry that you broke a promise on not dying!"

"Hmm… that is true, but stop being such a big baby over it!" he glares at him before finally giving in & now, they were in front of the bar

"Ladies first, ballerina legs." Sabo glared at him with a blush before walking in, Alex was about to walk in but stopped when he heard

"Sabo!" the whole room was full of joy, he stood there for awhile before stepping away, leaning against a pillar & started smoking a cigarette

'Aren't you coming in?'

'Nah, I'll just ruin the mood.'

'Well, Sabo-sama wants you to come in. I can see it in his eyes, he's also staring right at the door.'

'Probably expecting me to come waltzing in with a shit eating grin. Sorry for swearing.'

'Its nothing compared to when your mad.'

'True.'

'We should make a swear jar, just for you.' he rolls his eyes

'Whatever.'

'You totally agree, Alex-sama.'

'Yeah.'

(Alexander POV)

I finally mustered up the courage so I took a deep breath before opening the door & walking in, the whole room went silent & all you could hear were my foot steps. I saw Ace & Luffy asleep on there food while Sly was staring at me suspiciously, doesn't recognize me because of my new hat & the scarf covering half of my face

"Still narcoleptic as always, now additional to Luffy huh?" I didn't do anything but Ace went for a uppercut with a fire fist but I caught his fist, Luffy then woke up

"Ace… is that really how you greet an old pal?" his eyes widened as I flicked my hat up & smile warmly

"A-A…"

(Funny Extended Ending)

"Who are you…?" I stood there, frozen & pissed out of my mind. My eye twitched as my arm was coated in haki & lava, I then uppercut Ace through the roof

"You FUCKING forgot me again you son of a BITCH?!?!" I kick the doors open before storming off, but before I did I saw everyone face palm

'Ace is such an idiot.'
