Chapter 70. Feeling Sick

(Third Person POV)

Its been a year or so again & Robin & Alex are living on that island in that mansion, another thing or two, the ASL, Nami & Jasper, Sly & Shay & Samantha & Sanji got married! The two were more then overjoyed at the fact, the downfall is that... Robin hasn't been feeling well

"This is the 5th time this week..." she flushed the toilet & wiped away the left over vomit that was in the corner of her lips, she left the bathroom after she brushed her teeth again & found Alex asleep on the bed, she hadn't told him about it because she doesn't want to worry him

'Maybe I should see a doctor tomorrow...' she nodded to herself before slipping into bed, she felt Alex wrap his arms around her waist & pulled her closer to him

"Mm... where'd you go...?" he mumbled

"Nowhere important." he chuckled

"Alright..." she pecked his lips as he nuzzeled his nose on hers, she laughed as she fell asleep, feeling safe in his arms. It was the next morning & Alex was up first, yawning to himself as he got out of bed

Robin trailed after him as the two went into the bathroom & brushed their teeth, Robin kept him awake for he almost fell asleep again. Alex left the room when Robin said she was going to have a shower

Time skip & Robin left the house to a clinic, she rushed over & was created by a few people as she reached it. She was waiting to be called since the doctor was busy, & she was kinda nervous

What if she's sick?
What if this sickness kills her?
It'll mean Alex lost something important again!

"Knight D. Nico Robin?" she jolted up at the sound of her name "The doctor is ready to see you." she stood up & followed the nurse to the doctors office

"Take a seat." she did so as the doctor took a deep breath "How can I help you?" she explained to the doctor what's been happing to her in the pass month, he nodded in understatement as he finally stood

"Uh... without being rude, what are you doing?" he didn't answer but instead he rummaged through a cabinet & when he found what he was looking for, he sat back down

"Have you missed you period lately?" she nodded

"Yes."

"Hmm, there's a high chance you might be." he mumbled to himself, she looked at him in confusion before he stood up again & handed whatever it was he found, to her "Take this when your ready, & when its positive... good luck." she looked down at it & her eyes widened

'A pregnancy test...?!'

She was currently pacing around in her room, Luffy & the others had decided to pay a visit so Alex was with Luffy & congratulating him on getting married while Nami & the girls were with Robin

"Whats got you so riled up?" Tsume asked

"Is he cheating on you?! Cause if he is I'm gonna--"

"No no! Its something else..."

"What is it?" she took a deep breath before showing them what the doctor gave her, their eyes widened "I may, or may not be pregnant with Alex's child." the first to react was Sam when she hugged Robin & lifted her into the air

"OMIGOD!! I'm gonna be an aunty!" she started squealing like a fangirl & Tsume had to calm her down, next was Nami

"May or may not be? Have you taken the test yet?" she shook her head

"Not yet." Nami practically shoved the box into her hands & pushed Robin into the bathroom "Nami!"

"Take the test! We won't let you out until you take that fucking test!" Robin let out a sigh as she pulled the pregnancy test out of the box & did her "business", it took awhile to process as she leaned against the wall but when it finally did... it was positive

"Oh god... I am--"

"How's it going in there?!" she opened the door & the girls waited for an answer, she showed it to them & half of them fainted "Y-Your actually..."

"Yeah... I am." the ones who hadn't passed out gave Robin a group hug & started squealing, soon enough there was a knock on the door & it suddenly opened

"Hey ladies." it was Alex, they stopped hugging & Robin hid the test behind her back "You guys are missing out!"

"O-Oh! We were coming out just as you came in!"

"My bad!" soon enough Sam woke up & was all over Alex

"Brother! Robin has something important to tell you!" everyone glared at her while Alex stood there confused "What?"

"Something important? Whats she talking about?" he asked as he faced them, Nami pulled Sam into a head lock as she had a murderous aura around her but had a sweet look on her face

"Nothing. You know Sam, she's just as idiotic as Luffy."

"Okay? See you guys down?" they nodded, but before he left he kiss Robin's cheek "& you can tell me anything, I trust you." she nods as he walks out

(Time Skip)

As the evening rolled by, everyone was either wasted or passed out, majority of them were passed out. Robin hasn't had a drop of wine since she usually does drink a little but now that she knows that a little someone is living inside her stomach, she ain't touching that shit!

She was planning on telling Alex when they were alone so right now... she was gonna tell him. She looked ever & found him on the balcony, smoking a cigarette & watching the sunset, he let a sigh

"What a sight." she cleared her through & he turned around, immediately he started smiling "Robin!"

"Alex."

"What brings you here?" she went silent, that worried him so he threw the cigarette away & approached her "Are you okay?"

"Mm, I'm okay. Uh, when Samantha-san said I had something important to tell you... she wasn't lying."

"Okay, what is it?" she takes a deep breath before taking his hand

"For the pass month I've been feeling sick, but not way... unless, you think it is. I saw a doctor today & he gave me something, I took it &... what I'm trying to say is, *takes another deep breath* I'm pregnant, with your child..." he went silent, which scared her "&-& if you don't want t-them..." he picked her up & she noticed he was smiling with tears running down his face

"Why wouldn't I want them?! We're gonna have a little someone in our lives to look after!"

"Your happy...?"

"Happy?! I'm thrilled! Why didn't you tell me sooner?" he asked as he put her down

"I-I was worried..."

"Worried?! There's no need to worry, remember Robin, I trust & love you. Now, I'll be loving either a son or daughter!" she looked down & saw that he kissed her stomach, they both smiled

"Yeah..."
