Chapter 9

In the morning I took Harper Romeo and Cruz to school before returning with some chocolate. David had just left to go to a meeting with a old woman who'd just turned 100 and Victoria was rushing around packing her bag.
"Ergh do I have to come in today my child is sick?" She said down the phone. He put the phone down angrily and threw it into her bag "I'm sorry but Brooklyn's I'll and I have to work, would you'll be able to look after him? I'll try to come back at lunch but other than that I won't be able to get home till seven." She said
"It's fine, it will manage fine." I said

Once she had left I went to see how I'll Brook was. He was laying in bed really pale. "Hola amigo" I said said sitting next to him and feeling his forehead to see how warm he was. Not very.
"I thought you were going home?" He said
"But your I'll and you mam and dad went to work, so I'm staying." I said
"So I'm stuck with you?" He asked smiling
"Unfortunately" I smiled back " so what do you do when your ill?" I asked
"Just stay in bed and watch movies" he said
"Well I'm going to sort my room out, I'll just be there is you want anything" I said standing
"Stay and watch a film" he said
"Okay, what are we watching?" I asked sitting back down
"I don't know, what do you want to watch?" He asked
"I asked you first"
"Okay what about after earth?" He said
"Yes, Jaden Smith is just perfect" I said as he slumped out of bed to put the DVD in.

"Are you okay? Do you want anything?" I asked after the film ended
"Yeah go put another film on" he said. I put in the nativity DVD and went back to sit on the bed.
"One minute I'm going to put some pyjamas on don't press play without me" I said dashing off to find some comfier clothes. The first pair of pyjamas I found were shorts and a vest top, it will do. I went running back with my fluffy blanket and dived on the bed. He pressed play and the movie began.
Half way through I crawled under the covers next to him.
"Are you cold?" He asked. I nodded in response. He pulled me into a hug. His body was warm and the skin on his bare chest was soft. I felt warmer instantly, safer too! I was just laying there, thinking about stuff not watching the movie, hugging Brook. Brook laying on his back me on my side with my arm over him and My head on his chest and out legs intertwined, warm and comfy! Win-win situation!
Once the movie finished we were just laying there in the same position in a comfortable silence. We were interrupted by my phone going off. I got up to answer it, it was Brad! Oh SHIZNITS!

"hey sup" I answered
"hey " he mimicked
"hola muthafucka" I said giggling
*four people laughing*
"am I on loudspeaker?"
"yes" they all said at once
"Fine,your going on speaker too" I said putting them on speaker
"so I was wondering if you wanted to come bowling with us tomorrow?"
"yeah sure, what time? "
"like nine? "
"yeah sure, can we get KFC again?" I asked
"sure thing, can't let you starve!" He said
"Alright come and get me at nine tomorrow, and this time I'll be ready. I promise'' I said
"Haha okay bye"
"Bye" I said hanging up

Me and Brooklyn resumed out cuddling position and started talking. Nothing in particular just random stuff. Very random stuff. Why is England so cold? Where does the queen poop? Who wipes her butt and what toilet paper does she use? They were interesting, and funny.

I called mike and politely asked him to collect the children while I got dressed.

They cMe bounding in as usual and attacked me with hugs witch wasn't usual.
"What do yous want?" I asked
"Wellllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllłlllllłłl" Cruz dragged out
