25. You Have A Crush On Him

You had just released your first album after years and years of posting videos on YouTube. A record label had discovered you and now you were here a year later, releasing your first album. You felt beyond excited and also a bit astonished that people actually liked your voice. The small amount of fans you had, supported you through thick and thin and you felt so grateful to have them.

The day after releasing your album was hectic. Right now, you had an interview with James Corden. You absolutely loved the man. Not even two years ago, you were watching Adele being interviewed by James. And now you were there. To you, it felt like a dream. You couldn't believe this was actually happening to you.

The crowd applauded for you. Your smile couldn't grow any bigger as you waved at the people. Some girls held up a sign with "We Love You, [Y/N]." written on it. Oh how you loved your fans.

James walked up to you and gave you a big hug before signing you to sit down on the couch. The very comfy couch, by the way.

"A warm welcome to the lovely [Y/N]. How are you?" James asked with his contagious smile and you couldn't help but sent him a smile back.

"I'm very good. Thank you. Although the album release is keeping me awake all night."

"Is it that busy?"

"Yeah. Kind of. But I wouldn't have it any other way. I'd do anything for my wonderful fans," you admitted and the crowd 'awwed', including James.

The interview went on and after a few moments you somehow got to the subject of relationships. The dreaded subject. It was impossible not to feel embarrassed when you had to talk about your love life in front of thousands of people.

"So, [Y/N]..." James winked at you, making the crowd laugh. You just started fidgeting with your fingers.

"Don't even start with me, Corden," you tried to joke and let out a little giggle.

"I know. I know. Every interviewer just has to ask you these questions. It's part of the job." James sent you another wink, making your cheeks colour a deep red. "We all know you've been quite busy with your music. But still no special man in your life?"

You shook your head and the people in the audience let out a disapproval sigh. Your fans really wished you all the best and they loved a bit of love gossips.

"Not even a friend you sort of like?"

Again, you shook your head.

"What about a crush then? Everyone has a crush."

The audience cheered loudly and you finally decided to give in. "Well, I've met a lot of interesting men and the music industry does own some cute boys," you took a small break, because you were definitely going to embarrass yourself. "But if I really have to choose one, I'd say Harry Styles."

James looked at you with big eyes and his mouth slightly hanging open. "Harry Styles, as in Harry Styles from One Direction?"

"Yes, that one. He's just really handsome and sweet. I spoke to him once and he was such a gentleman. And he's really kind-hearted too," you admitted. Who couldn't have a crush on him if he owned such characteristics? Harry was truly everything you searched for in a man.

The crowd went crazy after your confession and you put your head in your hands. This was going to be all over the Internet.

Of course, you were right. Not even an hour after the interview had finished, Twitter and all the other social media were full of edits with you and Harry, tweets saying you'd be a cute couple, etc. Even the hashtag 'HarryCall(Y/N)' was trending worldwide.

And maybe, just maybe your confession was a good thing to do, because a couple of minutes later, your phone started ringing, signaling someone was calling you. Guess who was calling to set up a time and place for your first date?
