My phone kept ringing.
I was hoping it would stop but it didn't,
the smile on the young boys face faded into the air. Turning his head but up to  the sky.
I look at my photo to see my mother was calling me.
Amazing.
" I'm really sorry, I need to answer this."
I gave him a sympathetic look,
He said nothing. He just smiled and nodded
I walked away to be alone while I answered the phone call.
My mum just wanted me home. I lost track of time. It was now 12pm, I've been hours.

I told my mum I would be home soon.
It was really dark, the wind was so cold my fingers where blue. I tried to wrapped my hoodie around me even more, I hope it would warm me up. I went back to the fence to say good bye.
But no one was there. The small boy with brown hair was gone.
I look around, but the land was empty. My stomach kind of sunk.
I didn't even get to ask for his name.

As I walked home the stars looked like they got darker, rain fell upon the path a walked along and the sky was grey.
You can always trust the weather, to match you mood.
