The tropical beach area that housed of Hakim's villa, a luxurious fortress filled with expensive equipment and exotic goods, was in the middle of a tropical storm. Normally, any resident in the area would have locked their homes and prepared for the worst. However, Hakim's villa was designed to withstand any heavy rainfall, high winds, and brutal thunder and lightning activity. However, tonight wasn't as severe as the previous nights. Although the cloud weather was still terrible, nothing was happening to the ocean nearby.

Inside Hakim's villa contained a small security personal, equipped with the knowledge of basic maneuver warfare and firearms. None of them were affiliated with Talon, they are paid by Hakim's pocket to keep watch of him and his daily actions. They know what their boss is doing for a living, but they didn't dare to question or

The day begins to end, one security guard stands at the end of the dock keeping watch of the fuse box. Due to recent tropical storm activity, the power was in constant need of repairs. The guard was there to maintain the electric grid while monitoring the boat house for intruders.

"Good news, you're done for the night with electricity duty. Take a load off for now, we might get through this night without a power outage, but don't get your hopes up."

The guard lets out a fist pump. He takes off his socks, radio, and shoes before he sits at the end of the dock, letting the water soak his feet. As he stirs the ocean water with his feet, moisture began to apply to his skin. This was the best way to spend one's work break by enjoying the beach as much as possible. However, he felt something grabbing his feet. Before he could see what was tugging them, they drag him underneath the water before a knife cuts his throat open in one stroke. Underneath the water surface, four figures in scuba diving gear climb onto the boat house. Barnes radios to command to notify them the situation of the mission.

"Barnes to Helios. We have set foot at Hakim's villa and are listening on the security channel. Do you have confirmation on the mission?"

Ascending about 10,000 feet above Hakim's villa, a Lockheed C-130 Hercules circles around the summer house for air to ground surveillance to coordinate The Unit. The C-130 pilot radios back.

"Roger, we have confirmation on your position. The bomb should be in the house. Take it to an open location, launch it with the Fulton recovery system, and make your way back to the sub. Be advised, we haven't gotten a visual of any hostile force outside of the building.

The Unit anticipated the security presence at the boat house was to be a minimal, due to the rise of tropic storms out in the area. They grab the late guard's radio and switch to the frequency of the security personal. Atticus looks around the boat house and spots a fuse box.

"I found the fuse box." Atticus points out as he scans it with his flashlight

"Can you cut the power to the place?" Barnes asks with concern. Atticus nods back. Then, Barnes slides a snake camera underneath. The video feed displays a corridor full of light, decorated with red carpet and surrounded by white walls. Barnes closes the door and swipes a hand across her throat, signaling to kill the power. In a matter of seconds, the bright lights of the luxurious went pitch black. The security radio channel comes to life.

"Fuck, we lost power. Stay alert and wait for the power to come back on" The head of security ordered.

"Damn, I can't see shit. Can't we just use the backup generator?" A grunt complained.

"Negative, the boss wants to preserve the reserve power when the storm dies down. He isn't going to waste it on a petty power outage." A female voice cuts sharply into the conversation. "Someone head down to the storage room and make sure the valuables are secured."
