United Nations Headquaters

Commander Morrison walks in the hallways of the UN headquarters, winded by the recent details of the King's Row uprising. He was arranged to meet with the Prime Minister, who is deciding if Overwatch were to step in.  As he heads near the door, a man in a dark green coat decorated with medals and badges emerges from the office. The man walks past Morrison, talking to his cell phone. Morrison managed to pick up a piece of the conversation.

"The PM isn't interested. He wants to do wait the uprising out." He looks at Morrison and gives a friendly nod before sitting down at a bench. Morrison recognized the random person. It's General Gregg Lawson, an American war hero in the Omnic Crisis. What is someone like him doing in the UN headquarters? The answer will wait, Morrison can't keep the Prime Minister waiting.

He pulls the door open to let himself in. As the door closes, the prime minister skips introductions and begins. "I've made my decision. "The answer is no."

Morrison froze in bewilderment. "Mr. Prime minister, the situation in Japan wasn't of my knowledge. The people responsible have been suspended. It won't happen again."

The Prime minister shook his head. "It would be improper to let Overwatch operate after what happened. That will be all."

Morrison nodded before leaving the room without a word. As he heads down the lobby, he notices Lawson sitting at a bench with a phone near his ear.

"I'll head back as soon. We'll discuss our alternative later."  He hangs up his phone and turns to notice Commander Morrison walking to him. "Hello there, stranger."

"Lawson, I never thought we see each other like this." Morrison greeted with a smile. "How are you? I haven't heard from you since the crisis ended."

Lawson smiled. "Well, I'm currently commander of the Navy SEALs and representative of J-SOC after the conflict ended."

Morrison nods slowly. "Overseeing Navy SEALs sounds amazing."

Lawson nods before smile fades nervously. "Sorry, I'm on edge lately. Something terrible has come up on King's Row incident that cannot be shared with the public."

Morrison's eyes widen. "What happened?"

Lawson moves Morrison to a quiet place. He looks around before he began.

"J-SOC sent DEVGRU and Delta Force operatives on the field to fight against Null Sector before the PM pulls out all military forces."

Lawson pauses as Morrison wrote the information down mentally. "Now, The PM says four American operatives have been abandoned in King's Row. The PM is against a rescue operation because of politics. The ironic thing is my operatives rescued him from Downing Street when the conflict began."

Morrison scoffs in disbelief. "I would send agents to rescue your operatives, but the Prime Minister has forbid Overwatch to operate in London."

Lawson breathes out heavily. "The fact he chooses to wait things out is beyond me. The last thing I want is our operatives being executed by fanatics." Lawson growled before glancing at his watch. "I have to go. J-SOC wants to talk this over." He turns to Morrison. "It was wonderful talk to you again. I hope the Prime Minister changes his mind."

"Me too. Good luck with the Navy." As Morrison watches his good friend heading to the exit, he grabs his phone.

"Captain Amari, I spoke with the Prime Minister. He says no to the Overwatch operation."

"Are you serious?" The phone went silent. "Well, the PM will reconsider if the situation escalates."

Morrison shook his head. "I hope it doesn't get too hot. Something serious came up.
