-Fort Bragg- North Carolina

Lieutenant General Bernard Miller was at his office in Fort Bragg, home of the largest military base in the United States. This week was frustrating for the entire staff as the anxious thoughts for the missing operatives grow stronger each day. The President, J-SOC, and the Department of Defense have been on the phone with the Prime Minister, pleading for permission to launch a rescue operation. The Prime Minister hasn't budged, insisting they are devising their own plan. It would take time to reach executing phase.

Miller kept himself informed of King's Row by monitoring the television in front of him while working with the United States Department of Defense. Out of nowhere, the landline phone on his desk rang. Miller sighs and grabs the phone to his ear, sensing it would come to another lengthy negotiation with the Prime Minister.

"This is General Miller." The head of J-SOC greeted.

"We intercepted a priority call from King's Row. You need to respond." The caller announced from the other end.

Miller froze in shock, there was a caller from King's Row. Last time they checked, they haven't intercepted a single call from the city. Miller sits tight as the phone is redirected with the caller. "Identify yourself at once." Miller commanded with thunder.

"Captain Hills of Phantom 2-1." The caller revealed from the other end.

Miller nearly dropped the phone upon hearing the news. "You're alive! How did you manage to establish a secure line?" Miller questions. He places the phone away from him and shoots a message with his cells phone to all members of J-SOC for a emergency meeting before placing the phone back near his ear.

"Long story. We've reestablished communications." Chloe replied. "We're in hiding with civilians in our custody at an undisclosed location."

"Good to hear the rest of the team is safe." Miller sweats a little, fearing that he was speaking to the lone survivor. "I need to call you back in a few minutes. I'm getting the officials to rally at the council room. Command will go over the military and political situation with you."

-King's Row Boathouse-

At the boathouse, Frank, Chloe, and Dimitri were working with the video messenger as Aaron placed out some breakfast in a buffet format. He was there so none of the survivors walks in on a chat between the operators and the secretive command of U.S Special Operations, J-SOC. Barnes looks to Frank as he plugs in some commands.

"How close are you to a secure on-screen message?" She asked Frank as he plugs in the cords.

"Almost there." Frank replied. "patching to J-SOC in 3... 2... 1..."

Then, the giant flat screen T.V turned from black to a light blue. As Frank types in the authorization code to connect with J-SOC, Aaron quietly enters the room and walks to Barnes.

"The civilians are getting up for breakfast I have prepared and told them not to come into this room." Aaron informs his officer. Barnes nods in confirmation as Aaron stands firm in front of the screen with Dimitri and Frank, ready to greet the high-ranking members of J-SOC. Then, the screen went from black to a colorful picture of the members in J-SOC.

The members of the command put on a mixture of relief and sincere on their faces as they stare at the lost J-SOC operatives on their screen. Then, Miller starts speaking.

"The news of your team alive and active in King's Row have been the only good thing out of this situation." Miller comments. "However, you should know help isn't coming anytime soon. From ISA reports, you're the only active military unit inside King's Row. We don't have permission from the Prime Minister for military action."
