The Unit packed up their equipment and gear before taking a seat in the lounge area of the V-TOL aircraft. As Aaron, Atticus, Apollo, and Barnes conversed of what could be going on, General Lawson quietly enters the lounge area of the aircraft. He had four manila folders in his hands.

"Everyone." General Lawson began. "I got good news. The CIA has informed Talon's presence is dropping across the globe. With them crawling back to the sewers, we can focus on helping America fulfill her international mission of rebuilding the strength of our allies while stabilizing global peace and stability. And with Overwatch growing a lovely reputation again, we don't have to worry about anything for awhile except for this."

The folders came with a symbol, an eagle holding an olive branch and arrows. However, the circle surrounding the bird inscribed with three words: Central Intelligence Agency. There was another word marked in a single red letter, Classified.

With a single nod, the four open the folders and scan the contents. It contained financial documents, a picture of a company labeled Calado, a letter from the president of Brazil, and a completed proposal to authorize an international covert operation to take place in the country. Atticus places the folder down and looks up at Lawson.

"Would you mind filling us in on what the CIA want with us?" He asks politely.

"They are involved in helping restore Brazil and they came to me for help." Lawson points out quickly. "Brazil have been digging out of a financial hole and the CIA is working with Brazil to help them out by sponsoring one of the two companies competing in the area."

Aaron places a document on the table, containing pictures of two different companies, Vishkar Corporation and Calado Development. "Then explain how they will satisfy the goal to bring in global peace, sir. Private companies are there to earn a profit by any method, not to rebuild the country."

Lawson shook his head. "Not in Calado's case. Raul Calado shares great history with the citizens of Rio. He wants to strengthen the central part of the city and improve the buildings of law enforcement and the mayor. However, Vishkar plans to extend into the favelas to tear it down and provide better housing."

Barnes's eyes grew wide. "That is not going to work well with the people living in the favelas, I can promise you that. The favelas are a huge part of Brazil's history and they provide housing for the poor."

Lawson nodded. "Which is exactly why our country is sponsoring Calado to help build a better Brazil."

"Wouldn't we have to worry about Vishkar earning the rights to remodel Rio?" Apollo asks. "They are full of profit and have technology that can build a skyscraper in seconds."

"The CIA gathered audio information between Calado, Vishkar's representative, and the mayor from a video conference that took place within 48 hours. The mayor had trouble seeing Vishkar eye to eye. Raul Calado's proposal had no problem of presenting a convincing argument. In a few hours, the mayor will make the final decision. It's safe to say that Calado snagged the contract already."

There was a brief silence. "So, what is our objective?" Aaron finally asks.

"You four will help coordinate to provide security for the builders and the main building. Once Calado puts in a great amount of progress to accomplish the goal, you four will take a ride back to the American Embassy in Sao Paulo as the revenue and law enforcement will become stronger than ever."

Lawson allows silence to fill in brefily. "Any questions?"

"No, sir." They replied at the same time.

Lawson glances out the window to see the V-TOL aircraft landing at an airfield before turning his attention back to The Unit. "Gentlemen, welcome to Brazil."
