Okay, so this might not even be part of the paranormal but I'm still putting this here. For all I know, it could be, because this is not giving me the feeling it's an animal. It's too different and out of the ordinary for it to be an animal. AndI've had animals (mostly mice) inside my attic multiple times before! And if anyone follows me/reads my message board comments, you probably know or have read this already. I've just decided to write this here because this is still happening after like, a month of hearing this?
Anyways.. let's start, shall we?
So a month or so ago, I started to hear some noises above my room somewhere inside my attic. It sounded close to my sliding door to the closet. It was this scratching noise and weird crawling, which only lasted for about ten seconds. I heard it around 8:30 in the evening. After those few seconds, the noise was gone. Usually if you have an animal inside your attic, they would be making noises for hours all night! This was only for ten seconds or so, and I wouldn't hear anything else until the next night.
I would be hearing the noise in the attic space above my room mostly on the other side of the room, and at one point I even heard it right above my head! The voice would be some kind of loud scratching, tapping, and stepping, and it would last a few seconds. As time went on, I didn't hear it every night, but I would hear it every few days between eight and ten in the night.
Even now, about a month later, I would still hear this really uncomfortable noise, and like I said before, this is honestly not giving me feelings it is an animal.

I still have heard that noise since then, but I wasn't bothered to post it. It is currently February 25th, and the last time I heard that noise was four or five days ago.
I don't know. Tell me what you think it could be! It could be some weird animal. It could be pipes or something inside the house (if there are pipes inside an expansion part of an attic), or it could be something else.
