"Look mami !!! I do it !" , Jo screamed as him and his cousin Julian played while I sat and watched them . Àngel had an urgent errand so I offered to watch the boys for a bit .

"I see papi , be careful ."

Out of the corner of my eye , I saw Àngel walking toward us with a smile spread across his face .

"Why you so happy ?" , I asked nonchalant .

"Nothing , gracias mami . I'll see you later , ight ?" , he said rushing me off . I dont know what the hell he up too but all I know is Joel Jamon Ruiz better not have Shit to do with it .

"No problem , I'll be by to get him ." , I said as he kissed my forehead . "Adios papi !" , I screamed as he stopped in his tracks and blew my a kiss . I smiled as he ran from Julian singing Beyoncé .

I pulled up removing my shades and pressing my lips together . As I walked to the front door , I hesitated to knock but I gave in . Within seconds , there he was .

"Nika ?" , he said as a smile came across his face .

"Hey ."

He let me in as I took a seat on his couch . My head started throbbing . I think its just from being nervous .

"You okay ?" , he asked taking a seat and handing me the bottle of water on the coffee table .

I nodded while gulping it all down .

"Look Faree , Im sorry about last week , I really was just . I- I was just a little scared . Ive had a brokenheart before and its the last thing I wanna ever experience again . . . Safaree your perfect , your personality , loving , great with JoJo , I mean your everything I could ask for . Please dont stop loving me ... ever ." , I said tearing up . He chuckled pulling me into a hug as I set my purse down climbing in his lap .

"You know Thats not even an option ."

We stayed like that for what felt like forever . I think im finally ready to let go . . . To be loved .

I giggled . "Tremaine has a thing for you ."

I sighed reminising . As he interwined our fingers kissing my hand , I smiled . "Her name was Kamee . Our dads worked together since we were little but she moved . Years later , she comes back our Junior year looking like she was looking ! Puberty hit her with a two ton wrecking ball ." , I said as he chuckled . "Im serious ! As I started to get up , I felt him grab me by my hips pulling me toward him kissing down my back .

I threw on my clothes kissing him goodbye one more time .

As I knocked on Àngel's door , I awaited his half naked ass to answer . Surprisingly , he had on some clothes and smiling like he was at the park .

"Thats the first , clothes ." , I said walking in but stopping dead in my tracks when I saw some girl in his kitchen .

"Hola , Im Kortlyn , you must be Nicki . I love your magazine ." , she said giving me a hug .

For some reason I dont like her but this bitch is gorgeous . Short , mixed with tattoos , long wavy hair , and big in ALLL the right places .

"Hey ."

She started to gather her things as Àngel wrapped his arms around her waist .

"I'll stop by later on tomorrow ." , she whispered to him getting on her tippy toes to kiss him .

I mugged them flipping my weave . She aint got nothing on me .

"Ah shi tana ! Nic , she's perfect ." , he said plopping down next to me .
