About two days had past and Giles finally arrived at their door step.

'Buffy my gosh!' He said pushing his way through the door with his luggage

'Yes?' She replied

'What happened? How did this happened? When did this happen?' He blurted

'Well how. That's pretty obvious Giles... When um must of been the time in the abandoned wear house and what happened well you know' Buffy mumbled her face turning red and Spike awkwardly starring at the ground.

'Oh no Buffy I don't want to know that stuff!' He cried scrunching his face up

'Oh! How, I don't know then! Haha!' Buffy awkwardly laughed heading to the kitchen 'want some tea?'

'Oh that would be lovely' Giles smiled.

'Ah that's the stuff' Giles breathed sipping his hot cup of tea 'research mode?!' Willow asked excitedly

'I don't know Willow, this has never ever happened before'

'Well Angel and Darla had a kid and they are both vampires' Willow informed the gang

'Yes but that was put in Darla by a higher being, I don't know if that happened here' Giles said

'Wait so if some higher being put it in Buffy the kids not mine?' Spike asked worriedly

'What no Spike of course it is yours!' Buffy cried

'Yes it is yours and Buffy's Spike, it has both your DNA but maybe something else made it happen' Giles reassured

'I don't like that sound of that' Spike said

'Have you gone to the hospital?'

'No...' Buffy mumbled

'Oh well let's go now while it is dark' Giles smiled looking at Spike, Buffy grabbed her coat and then took Spike's hand and they all went to find the nearest hospital.

They could finally see the hospital, it shined proudly in the night sky

'We should buy a car' Xander said

'Yeah we probably should, I'm not walking all this way again when i need to give birth' Buffy replied

They went inside the hospital and took a seat in the waiting area. About 3 hours had past and Buffy was asleep on Spike's shoulder, the doctor walked in and said he could see them now. Giles suggested that Spike and Buffy just go in.

'Buff, sweetie, wake up' Spike whispered

'Huh? Oh sorry baby what's going on?' Buffy asked

The doctor gave a little giggle

'We can see you now Miss Summers' the doctor told her

'Oh sorry' Buffy replied standing up, Buffy wrapped her arm around Spike's really tight

'Lucky I don't have a blood circulation' he whispered to her

'Oh sorry' Buffy replied tightening her grip even more.

'What's wrong love?'

'I don't like hospitals'

'Oh baby I'm so sorry I completely forgot'

'That's okay Spike'

'Buff you can hold onto my arm as tightly as you want, whatever makes you feel better'

'Thanks baby' Buffy smiled kissing Spike's cheek.

'Just in here thanks' The doctor said pointing the way, Buffy gulped and slowly walked into the room.

'Please lie down' The doctor asked Buffy, but Buffy didn't budge

'Come on love, I'm right here' Spike whispered to Buffy, she finally laid down on the chair holding Spike's hand, her nails digging into him.

'That's a tight grip, you look like it doesn't hurt' the doctor laughed

'That's nothing' Spike smiled at Buffy.

'Now we are going to do an ultrasound to make sure you are pregnant how long has it been?' The doctor asked, Buffy laid still on the chair not moving or speaking

'Three days' Spike said squeezing Buffy's hand, the doctor asked Buffy to pull up her shirt a little but Buffy remained still.

'Love?' Spike asked, Buffy frowned she was scared as, Spike lifted up her shirt a little so the doctor could put the gel on.

'Buffy it is okay' Spike whispered

'I know, because you are here' Buffy gave a little smile

The doctor started the ultrasound

'Wow three days you said?' He asked

'Yeah' Spike replied 'Well we found out three days ago, it might of started about five or six days ago, why...?'

'Still it is moving along faster than six days' the doctor replied 'thats quite amazing'

Buffy gave a quick look at Spike, the look saying 'it is not normal' Spike returned the look 'it's fine'

'Your done! We will send all results in about a day' The doctor smiled, Buffy jumped up from the chair still holding Spike's hand and pulling him out of the room and out of the hospital as quick as she could.

'Ugh thank god!' Buffy breathed outside the hospital, the gang come rushing out

'What happened?' the gang asked

'Nothing' Spike replied

'Oh sorry guys I had to get out, hospitals freak me out' Buffy said

'Oh thats right' Willow remembered

'So what happened?' Giles asked

'There's a baby there' Spike smiled

'It is not normal though' Buffy blurted out

'Oh gosh isn't it human?' Xander panicked

'What no it is normal Buffy's just worrying!' Spike told everyone

'Oh' the gang whispered

'But... it's moving along quite quickly...' Spike mumbled

'Exactly! It is not normal!' Buffy yelled

'Buffy!' Spike yelled back, Buffy frowned at Spike with tears in her eyes

'I'm sorry...' She whispered, Spike went up to her and wrapped his arms around her.

'Shh it's okay love, stop worrying' Spike whispered

'I'm sorry' Buffy sobbed into Spike's shirt, leaving a big wet patch on his chest.

'It's fine love' Spike replied stroking Buffy's cheek 'lets go home'.
