I forgot to put this so, how could he ask her to prom? This is a choice for you guys to decide. The choice is yours!

Levin can sing a song to Y/N, (You can pick the song and place), um he can... like ask her how Aaron did to Aph *Fangirls* Ahem sorry..., maybe like have a speech and ask her, or oh! You can have Y/N follow the hints of a card and lead her to a letter saying, will you go to prom with me, and have Levin behind her.
