•••

FREYA never quite stopped loving Robb Stark. Once becoming a sister of the Brotherhood Without Banners, she promised that she'd kill anyone associated with the men who murdered her husband. She went off that plan, and instead killed anyone just linked with the Lannisters, Boltons, or Freys. Nothing truly mattered anymore but revenge. She was happy with that fact.

She led the Brotherhood beside Beric Dondarrion. Their slaughter of the enemies continued for around three years. Freya was comfortable and content in the arms of the Brotherhood, and they treated her better than the stories said. They still called her Queen, which was a title she'd never let die in Robb's grave. They were loyal to her and respectful, and that's all she ever asked for.

She hadn't heard from her family in years. She supposed that they thought she was dead. She didn't know of any news happening in Westeros, other than the Brotherhood had successfully killed many within the Frey's army. She hadn't seen anyone that she knew before the Red Wedding either, until years later, the Brotherhood happened upon Sandor Clegane yet again, whilst they were gathering themselves to hang former members who betrayed them. It had been many years since Freya saw the Hound, and they both aged severely, due to their new lifestyles.

They now had another mission in their lives. According to Beric, they needed to travel North to fight a great evil. All Freya wanted was to kill Boltons and Freys for the rest of her life, but she knew Robb would want her to finally rest.

Freya would hunt her enemies down for the rest of her life, but she had a new calling with the Brotherhood. She would probably go down in history, and her destiny was approaching. The last thing Freya wanted was to be involved in another battle, but the Great War awaited.

She would forever be known as the Queen Who Lost the North, but the only thing that Freya truly lost was the husband she was never supposed to have.
