Jessica's POV

"You know you can tell me anything right, Styles?" I said.

He glanced at me and then looked away after I spoke. A small smile crept upon his face.

"Yeah, I know." He didn't bother to look at me. I knew him better than that. Something was bothering him and if we were best friends why wasn't he telling me.

We told each other mostly everything. Well, at least I did.

"Did you make these muffins?" He pointed to the one he took a bite of with a wierd look on his face.

"...Yeah. Why?" I raised an eyebrow, not sure whether to take that as a good or bad sign.

"My muffin taste like banana." He smiled, showing his dimples.

"That's cause they are banana nut muffins!" I giggled as he took another large bite.

"That explains alot." He chuckled. "They actually taste great Jess."

I felt a slight blush creep on my cheeks. "Thanks." I smiled and walked into the living room, hoping that my cheeks would turn back to their normal color.

"What do you wanna do today?" Harry called out from the kitchen. I took a seat on the couch and flipped through a magazine that was sitting on the coffee table.

"Doesn't matter to me. You have anything in mind?" I called back. I didn't really care what we did as long as I had the chance to spend it with my best friend. As cliche as that sounds, it was true. I missed hanging out like old times. We would just sit around while we ate junk food and laughed about anything. It's so easy being around him.

"I know!" He replied excitedly as he walked into the living room and plopped himself down on the seat next to me.

"What is it?" I smiled. His eyes were back to the vibrant shade they usually were. I guess whatever was bothering him didn't seem to be anymore.

"Lets go get ice cream or something." He stood up and ran a hand through his curls, his back facing me. I looked up at him in awe as I examined his back. I had never realized how toned and muscular he was. I could see how defined his arms and back were clearly through his shirt. I have to say, it was not a bad sight.

Harry turned around and caught me looking. "Jess? Is something wrong?"

I quickly snapped out of my trance and thoughts of Harry without a shirt dissapeared as I glanced up at him.

"Oh! Uh, no." I nervously said. "There was something on your shirt." I stood up and started sweeping my hand along his back.

"There, got it." I smiled, even though there was nothing. I couldn't risk him knowing that I checked him out. Bad Jess, bad!

"Thanks. What was it?" Harry asked as he touched his back to feel anything.

Ah shit. I was so bad at lying. I couldn't even think of what to say next. The first thing that came to my mind next was.

"A floach." I confidently replied. Not yet comprehending what I had just said.

"A floach?" He raised an eyebrow.

"Y-yeah!" Oh my gosh. I'm so dumb. "It's a mix between a fly and a roach. It's a rare species." I lied again. Really Jessica! Was that all I could think of! When Harry asked me what it was I couldn't decide whether to tell him it was a fly or a roach. So all that came out of my mouth was 'floach'.

"Ah, I didn't know that." He chuckled. Did he really just buy that? Or maybe he knew what I was doing and wanted to see how far I would go.

"Yeah." I nervously smiled. "Well lets go get some ice cream shall we." I tilted my head toward the door as he smiled and walked out beside me.

I don't know why I was checking out Harry. Or why I had suddenly gotten so nervous about him. What was wrong with me. I can't continue doing this. Afterall, this is my best friend i'm talking about..
