You sat in school on a Friday, your first week of school would be over. Alya was chatting with you a bit before class. "So, any cute guys yet? Just wondering, my old best friend had fallen pretty hard, and it's weird not to talk about him."

"The only guy, I would consider cute is Cat Noir, he's sweet, he gave me a present yesterday for taking him in." You saw Alya smirk. You started smiling thinking of the superhero.

"So you have a crush on Cat Noir?" Alya said it pretty loud, enough for people to look. You turned bright red and attempted to shoosh her.

"So what if I like Cat Noir? Who do you like?" You crossed your arms, ignoring the two boys sitting in front of you who had chimed into the conversation.

"I like my boyfriend, Nino." Alya was smirking and enjoying your utter embarrassment. You put your face down on the desk to hide your face.

"Hey it's okay to like Cat Noir, I'm surprised that more girls don't like him. I liked Ladybug, well until she stopped caring about Cat Noir and the rest of Paris... so not cool." Adrien attempted to console you.

"Adrien had a crush on Ladybug, so you're not alone," Nino teased his friend who slapped his arm in return, "but it seems like he's over it now."

"I just can't believe she abandoned Paris after she promised to always be here for us." Everyone went somber after that. Before class could even start a giant rock flew through the window making the lights go out.

Nino and Alya ran out of the room together without you, Adrien ran out as well, leaving you. You ran out of the school looking for a private place to transform. Before you could dive into an alleyway Cat Noir grabbed your hand and started running.

"Cat? What are you doing? You need to protect the city." He was basically dragging you to your home. The Super villain had spotted Cat and chased you into a dead end alleyway, then threw a slab onto the two of you. The two of you fell together, him on top straddling you, your blush hidden in his chest.

"Are you ok (Y/N)?" It was a tight squeeze but Cat Noir got off of you.

"I'm fine but, what about you? Paris needs you, but nobody would care if I disappeared one day." You felt him put his arm around you.

"That's not true, now let's get you out of here and back home." He put his staff up at the top and extended it, sending the slab flying. He continued on his original path, running with you to your home, but you weren't running.

"Cat stop," he listened to you and stopped, "I can get home on my own, I'm a big girl, but Paris needs you, and right now. I'll be fine, go ahead." Cat smiles and nods, running off towards the villain.

Finally alone you transformed and ran after Cat Noir. You followed him for awhile and plopped next to him when he finally stopped.

"So any info on this guy?" Cat jumped at your sudden arrival.

"Who are you supposed to be?" Cat Noir backed away from you a bit.

"I'm Peacock... or should I be peahen because I'm a girl, but I have peacock colors. So yeah I'm Peacock. This whole miraculous thing is new to me it's so weird, this costume like sticks to my body." You pointed at your boots.

Before Cat could question you again the villain noticed your presence. He seemed hellbent on sending rubble flying specially towards you.

"Cat help me," you screamed dodging the attacks, to which he started hitting them like baseballs with his pole. "Who are you?!"

"I am twister." The villain summoned little tornado bursts from within her necklace.

"Cat, I think the Akuma is in the necklace, we need to get it," the villain was showing no sign of letting up with the rubble. You got hit by a big one in the stomach knocking the wind out of you. "Fuck it, Perplex!" Your tail fan whipped up and twister was just staring at you. "Cat, get the necklace!"

You were worried for a moment that you had mesmerized Cat Noir as well until he dove into the scene, and got the necklace. He crushed it under his foot setting the Akuma free. You took off your tail and as soon as you did Twister was back and just charging you, but thanks to Cat Noir fending him off you could get the Akuma. Paris was back to normal.

"Who are you?" Cat Noir grabbed your hand before you could run off.

"I'm Peacock, I got my miraculous recently, it just appeared in my house while I was gone. What I'm getting is that I'm Ladybug's replacement. Now I gotta go or you'll see who I really am. Goodbye Cat." With that you slipped from his grasp and ran home, transforming in an alleyway on the way. When you got home Cat was waiting for you outside of your door.

"You can get home on your own?" He was smirking at you.

"I got trapped under another slab, like as soon as you left, but I wasn't scared, I knew you'd save the day." You smiled up at the boy.

"Actually, I had help from a new hero, she's peacock, it's a shame you had to miss her, she was cool." With that Cat Noir opened your door ushering you inside, "now rest up little lady, and stay safe." He closed the door behind you, then he was gone.
