You watched helplessly as Marinette rose up. Her hair was no longer in pigtails and it reached down to the floor. She was now wearing an elegant black gown that covered her neck, and trailed the floor, leaving her arms exposed. Her skin was a light blue shade, and trailing down her face were tears, coming out in a fast, endless, stream.

You watched as the people around you, when touched by her tears, would drop to the floor, crying, seemingly unable to move. You backed away from the tears that were quickly forming a pool out and around her.

Her head slowly moved to face yours, and she started moving towards you. You ran down the street, as fast as you could, and though she was moving slow, it was her tears that scared you. You swallowed the lump in your throat and finally yelled out.

"Cat Noir!" You called out for him, in hopes that he was nearby. "Cat Noir! Help!" You tried again, to no avail. As your legs started to give out, and hope seemed lost, a pair of arms picked you up, and placed you on the roof of a nearby building. Cat Noir paid you no mind as he jumped down to where Marinette was.

"Come on now Sad Blue, what's with the tears?" Cat Noir questioned, sitting atop his metal staff.

"My name is Sorrow Bringer." Her voice was slow and smooth, with a touch of sadness to it. It seemed as if Cat Noir was gonna jump off his staff.

"Be careful, her tears will incapacitate you!" You yelled down at him as he seemingly ignored you. You watched as Sorrow Bringer brought her attention up towards you, and her tears started to defy gravity.

The tears quickly made their way towards you, and though you were ready to escape, Cat Noir had unintentionally placed you somewhere you were cornered. You sat helplessly as the tears touched against your face.

You felt a strong sadness overtake you and you dropped down as you cried. You had nothing to be sad about, and yet here you were crying. No matter how hard you tried you couldn't get your body to move, and you could do nothing as the tears formed a dome around your head.

You couldn't breathe, and even if you could move, you couldn't think of a way to escape the tears that were now drowning you. You held your breath for as long as you could, but before you took any of the tears into your lungs you felt the tears drop like normal water around you.

You gasped and slowly raised your body up into a sitting position. You noticed as Cat Noir jumped into the air, caught the Akuma in a jar, and landed down next to you.

"Are you alright?" you nodded up at him as he gently picked you up and placed you back down upon the sidewalk. "I'll send someone to come get you." And with that he was off. You sat weakly looking up to see Marinette already staring at you.

It looked as if she was going to say something, but she just ran off before anything happened. You were going to call after her, but then your boyfriend showed up. "Hey, are you alright? Cat Noir sent me." He helped you up.

"Yeah, I just need to lie down." Adrien nodded as he carefully guided you back to your home. Before long you were home sweet home, laying in bed, your face pressed against Adrien's chest. It was calm and peaceful. "I wish there was some way to cure the Akuma, at least we don't have another sand man incident though."

"I'm sorry, If I didn't lose my miraculous this would be so much easier." Adrien looked down at you.

"Hey, at least we know each other now, right?" Adrien brushed some hair behind your ear, making you smile.

"Yeah, I guess you're right about that." He was softly petting your head, but the peace was disturbed when his phone went off.

"Sorry, it's my dad." He muttered looking at his screen. "Hello?" He answered standing and taking all warmth with him. "Yes I'm fine... I'm at (Y/N)'s house... I know... but she was hit by the attack... fine." Adrien turned back to you frowning. "I have to head home now."

"It's alright, I get it." You step out of bed making Adrien push you back.

"No, (Y/N) you should rest." You laughed and sat up despite his protests.

"I can walk you to the door, the attack wasn't even that serious." You stepped out of bed, this time Adrien didn't protest. You took his hand and lead him downstairs to the front door. "I'll see you." You pull him down to kiss his cheek.

"See you." He turned his face and kissed you softly, then he was swiftly out the door. The snow and chilly air made it's way into your home in the short time Adrien had opened the door and left. You shuddered walking to find a blanket and cocoon yourself.

Once you accomplished that mission you started making yourself a cup of cocoa. You heard a knock on the door, and curiously went to answer it. As you shuffled to the front door you wondered who it could possibly be.

Making sure to wrap yourself up tight in your blanket, you hesitantly pulled open the door. To your surprise, the person standing in front of you, and on your doorstep, was none other than Marinette Dupain-Cheng, a guilty look on her face, and two boxes in her hands.
