Y/n was suntanning alongside Nami while Robin laid under an umbrella reading a book. The sound of an explosion and the smell of smoke fell through the air. Causing Y/n to jump up in alarm. Seeing black smoke coming from below deck. She ran to the stairs to make sure everything was ok being the worrier that she was. When Y/n reached the base of the stairs she waved smoke out of her face coughing a bit. "Franky! Are you alright?" She called not getting a response she entered the next room seeing a small fire which she quickly extinguished with her D/F before looking for Franky. She found him on the floor a little burnt up. A sigh fell from her lips as she checked to make sure he was still breathing before calling Chopper who rushed down with a few of the other crew mates. They took him up to the infirmary Y/n shook her head a bit sitting in a chair next to the bed. "He'll be ok he should wake up soon!" Chopper smiled. "Thanks chopper you're the best!" She cheered in reply. The reindeer left the room and Y/n sat and waited for Franky to wake up.

Franky opened his eyes sometime later looking to the side seeing y/n asleep in the chair her head resting on the side of the bed. "Y/n" he smiled placing a hand on hers. She opened her eyes before bringing her free hand up to rub at her eyes. "Franky, are you ok?" She asked sleepily "I'm alright y/n" he replied sitting up. She smiled brightly at him standing up "what happened?" She asked. "I was working on a.....um....gift for you" he said scratching the back of his neck. "Ah! Franky! That's no reason to get yourself hurt!" She said hugging him. He smiled a bit hugging her back gently "I just wanted to show you how much I care about you" he said pushing her hair out of her face. "Franky" y/n breathed before watching him stand up picking her up. "Franky! Put me down" Y?/n whined "not yet" he repliedreplied carrying her back down to his workshop. He set her down outside the door telling her to close her eyes before guiding her inside. He picked up a small heart shaped box before putting it into her hands "you can open your eyes now" he said. Opening her eyes she gasped seeing the small music box in her hands. "Franky it's beautiful" she whispered jumping into his arms and pressing a gentle kiss against his lips. She opened it up seeing a miniature version of her and Franky inside dancing around. "I'll treasure it forever, I love you Franky" Y/n smiled. "I love you too y/n" he replied before kissing the top of her head.
