Kiss Me Slowly by Parachute

Alex-

Opening the front door for my two friends, I let them inside my house which isn't in it's best shape right now.

"How are you doing?" Brianna asks happily as she steps inside, wrapping her arms around me.

"Just tired is all." I smile, and Niall is already leant on the ground in front of Ebony's swing, and I see he is poking her little nose when I look over.

"Hey guys." Harry enters the room, and I take appreciation to the white button down covering his chest, blue jeans, and black converse on his feet.

"Thanks for agreeing to watch her tonight." Harry tells them.

We had asked Eleanor and Louis first, but El told us she wasn't feeling too good due to her six and a half month pregnancy. So we called Niall and Brianna instead, knowing Nialls love for Ebony.

"No problem! You two go out and enjoy yourselves!" Brianna speaks, and I laugh as she takes my purse off the hook by the door, handing it to me.

I sling it over my shoulder, and Harry and I walk over to Ebony to say goodbye. I kiss the top of her head, and move out of the way for Harry to do the same.

"Bye bye, Ebs." Harry calls from the doorway, his head still peeking inside until Niall pushed him out, shutting the door.

I link my arm through Harrys, resting my head on his shoulder, soaking in the warmth of his side.

"Where are we going that I needed to wear this stupid dress?" I ask him, and glance down to the red fabric that clings to my skin from the shoulders down.

"Like I'm going to tell you." He laughs, making me roll my eyes.

"And it just so happens that I love that dress on you." He tells me, making my cheeks darken as I climb into the passengers seat of his car.

No matter how much he says he hates this car and wants to get rid of it, I know he loves it as much as I do. It holds so many memories.

I almost drifted off to sleep as Harry drove us to wherever we were going, and my heavy eyes lifted as he squeezed the top of my knee. The first thing I look at is his face, and then out my window. I see our lake, and the familiar docks.

"You're kidding." I laugh happily, opening the car door to step out into the warm air which has only a slight breeze.

"Thought we should come back to some place familiar. Since everything around us these days are so new to us." He says, and I look over my shoulder to smile at him.

"And why did I have to wear this?" I ask again.

"I like it on you." He shrugs, making me shake my head at him.

When I begin to take his hand to walk down the dock with him, he stops me.

"I actually brought a blanket, and food. They're in the trunk." He tells me, and I'm once again smiling as he pops the trunk to get the dark blue blanket and the basket of food, having to slam to trunk with extra effort to make it close.

He lies it on the grass beside the lake instead of the hard wood on the dock, and I sit with him. As he begins to open the basket, I lean forward and kiss his lips, making his hands that were rested on the handles, to rest onto my face instead. The kiss was simple, just a gesture to show I love him in that moment. His lips travel from my lips, to kiss the tip of my nose.
