Lucy is a 17-year-old girl who falls head over heels for Jeongguk when she finds out he had a rough past. She lost both of her parents and very quickly became severely depressed. The female was cutting throughout high school. Then, in her senior year, she was sent overseas to study abroad in Seoul, South Korea. She gets worse not having her friends around and becomes very careless of where she cuts, and she doesn't bother hiding anymore either. She was sitting in a cafe in shorts and an oversized sweater hanging slightly off her shoulders. She was drinking tea and tracing the cuts on her thighs, biting back tears. A bubbly Jeongguk walked in and glanced at her, immediately noting cuts on her shoulders and thighs. He gets his drink and sits down across from her. They sit there quietly, Lucy debating leaving but deciding to stay and see where things went.
