Stephanie's POV
I was on cloud nine the whole way back to my cabin. I had been dreaming of hearing those kind of words out of Jordan's mouth since I was a teenage girl. I mean, I'm living every girl's dream. How can I not be happy?
Lauren and I had agreed earlier that I would grab my outfit for tonight's deck party and meet her in her room. I quickly grabbed everything I would need for tonight and made my way next door. I began knocking on her door, which is strange since it's always the other way around.
"I'm coming!" Lauren yelled from inside, as I leaned against the wall waiting for her. "Wow! You're back already. Damn, I thought Jordan would have dragged you to his room and foregone all the rest of tonight's events." Lauren winked at me when she let me in.
"Trust me, deep down I wanted him too. Lauren, what I'm about to tell you was never suppose to leave that dressing room, but I know I can trust you. Jordan is divorced." I told her after I made sure the door was shut.
"What! So, I was right! Ha, I told you so." Lauren said.
"Yeah, you were right. That's not the only thing that happened. Jordan said that he wants to try and maybe test out a relationship together. Right then and there, we were more than willing to forget about tonight's events, but Joey walked in." I said as I laid out my outfit for tonight.
"Damn, Joey ruining everything. I can't believe you're finally getting what you want! Gosh, I'm so happy for you Stephanie." Lauren said to me, as we both started to get ready.
