Fruity pebbles gets too soggy too quickly like wtf that's nasty. And that's my cereal review of the day

I woke up, getting dressed into a pink skater style skirt and a white shirt tucked into it. I grabbed my new shoes the others had given me for my birthday and slipped my feet into them. But then my eyes watered as I looked down at them.

"What's wrong, baby boy?" Frank asked.

"I-I don't know how to tie my shoes," I whimpered

Frank smiled, kneeling down in front of me.

"You make a knot then make two little bunny ears," he instructed. "Cross them over, push one under a pull."

I smiled happily as he tied my shoes for me.

"Thank you, daddy," I said, giving him a kiss. "I'll see you later?"

"Of course," Frank said.

I gave him another soft kiss before going to the kitchen, smiling as I watched the shoes light up when I hopped down the stairs. I ate a bagel for breakfast before we left for school.

"When is Pete's baby going to be finished growing?" I asked.

"I don't know, Gee, we might not keep the baby," he said.

I frowned in confusion. "Th-the baby will stop growing?"

Mikey nodded and I bit my lip.

"How's that's happens?" I asked.

"It's complicated," Mikey said. "But we don't know if we are yet so don't tell people, okay?"

"How's it's complicated?" I asked.

"They make the baby go away," he said.

"Like on vacation?" I asked.

"Sort of," Mikey said.

"That's nice," I said. "Ray went on a vacation one time, he went to this place called Ba...um, I forgot what it's called."

"Bahamas?" Mikey guessed.

I gasped and nodded. We got to the school and I smiled as I walked up to Ray and Ryan.

"I see you're wearing the new shoes," Ray remarked. "How do you like them?"

"They're so pretty and comfortable," I said.

"Looking good, hot stuff," Ryan said.

I giggled, stomping my foot lightly to make it light up.

"Come on, let me walk you to class," Ray said.

I nodded, hugging my blankie. Someone always walks me to class ever since the bullying got worse. A few days after Frank died some guys beat me up and it really hurt. I was already hurting because of Frank but that only made me worse.

"I saw my Mama," I said.

"Oh really? How was that?" Ray asked.

"It was really good, I missed her a lot," I said. "I get to see her again soon if Miss Williams says I'm good."

"Well, I hope you have fun seeing her," he said.

"I can't wait until she gets out, we're gonna have so much fun together," I said.

"I bet," he said. "Just be careful, okay? Already lost Frankie, I don't want anything to happen to another friend."

"Why would I get hurt with my Mama?" I asked.
