I groaned in the dressing room. Jeremy insisted he gets a new shirt for his "surprise adventure," from what he called it. I don't mind, but he was taking forever trying on a bunch of shirts

I decided to text him.

M: What are you doing that is making you take so long in there?

J: Writing fake emails from a kid who killed himself.

M: You had to go with the musical with a dark plotline.

J: Dear Michael Mell, thanks for every minute you wait

M: ...

J: Do it.

M: DEAR JEREMY HEERE, I JUST GLAD YOU'RE MA FRAND

M: can you stop torturing me now?

As if on cue, Jeremy dramatically opens the door of his fitting room, and walk to the cashier. "Get anything pretty?"

He rolled his eyes, jokingly. "Yeah. Just for you," He smirked.

I was hoping. "Good. You can change in my Cruiser."

He gasps, yet again, dramatically, and raises his eyebrows, "And, heaven forbids, expose me!! I am no whore!"

I smirk and whisper in his ear, "Even for your master?"

Jeremy shivered, "You're gross." He shoved me lightly, his face flushed.

We paid for Jeremy's new shirts and quickly went into my junkie, quickly driving into New York City.

~^*^~

Midway into the drive, Jeremy asked me to choose between the two shirts he bought. I told him to name them either one or two. I chose two.

Of course, it was a black and white shirt, that stated "Straight Outta Hamilton"

I snickered at the shirt, "What? WHat's wrong with this shirt?"

"It's funny how close you are to your surprise date."

His eyes widened, like a kid at Christmas. He beamed, jumping in his chair next to me. "WHAT IS IT WHAT IS IT WHAT IS IT?!?!?!?!"

I smirked. I couldn't hold it from him any longer. He was too cute when he was excited and curious. "My backpack. Check the front pouch. It's in the backseat."

He quickly grabbed it, rummaging through the front. It didn't take him long to find two front-row tickets to Dear Evan Hansen. His eyes sparkled at them, and he squealed like a little five-year-old. "YOU GOT ME DEAR EVAN HANSEN TICkETS OHMIGOD WHY ARE YOU AMAZING!" I honestly thought he was going to cry.

"I've been meaning to take you, I know someone who's in the orchestra. She said she has a seat saved for me and one other in the front row."

"Ooooooooooooooooh! Is this girl, girlfriend material?"

I groaned. It pissed me off Jeremy didn't get the point that I was homosexual. I've basically told him through that night. "Nah. She's my cousin. We were really close when we were kids. I saw my first musical with her."

"Awww! That's adorable!" He smiled at me, obviously wanting to hug me for these tickets. I smirked, him not knowing the whole story of those tickets.

~^*^~

The musical was amazing! The story was beautiful, and the soundtrack was beautiful (Even thougIand Jeremy have listened to it over 3 million times). Jeremy bought a rose before entering, as well as D.E.H. merchandise at a little Broadway store nearby (it's cheaper there).
