Harry stole a lot of things from Auradon. One just happened to be Evie Queen's phone.
He sees a notification saying a dare for him to kiss the love of his life in front of the whole kingdom (Mal).
Being the gentleman he is (Ha!) he went to tell Mal.
"Ello mate."
"Harry, at the moment I'm with Jay. It'd be wise for you to stop flirting with me before I take things into my own hands." She threatens
"Calm down mate. Just came to show ye a dare from yous 'riend's phone eh."
Mal looks at the dare.
"Great." She says sarcastically
"Exactly what I was thinking mate" Harry said happily as Mal grabs the phone to give back to Evie.
______Time skip Harry is on stage_____
"Can I 'ave Mal up 'ere?" He yells.
Mal walks up.
"What do ya want?" She knows. But she doesn't want Jay- anyone to know that she knows. You know?
"This." He kisses her. Then keeps kissing her after she tries to pull away. She pushes him hard then says.
"DARE! IT WAS A DARE! EVIE CHECK YOUR PHONE! SEE IT WAS A DARE! HE TOLD ME IT WAS A DARE. RIGHT NOW. I DID NOT KNOW BEFOREHAND!"
Evie smiles and says that it was a dare.
Later
"Mal!" Evie yells.
"Yeah?" I reply.
"I didn't see it on my phone."
"See what" I ask.
"The dare. I think it was made up."
