                                           10th CENTURY

I walked into the hut with my face in confusion. "Thank you?" I jumped at the sound of Rebekah's voice. "You really should let me know when you sneak into my home." I told her. "I just came to thank you for trying to save my brother." She said. "I do not wish for thanks." I said. "You saved him and you did not have to." I smiled. "I would do it for anyone." I said. "But mostly you did it for Kol." She said. "Not true. I did it because he was too young to die." I said. She looked away from me. "I saw Elijah and You." She said. "That was nothing. You know my feelings reside with Kol." She turned back to me. "Tell Elijah that you belong with Kol. If not bad things could happen." She said. "I am not yet Kol's." I told her. "My brothers fancy you. Kol, Elijah, and Niklaus. They do not like to loose. Let me tell you one thing about Nik," I finally looked up at her. "When he see's something he wants, he gets it." With that she dissappeared from my house. 'Most of the Mikaelson boys fancy me?' I thought to myself. I heard my Mother's footsteps come into the hut. "The spirits have shunned you." I shrugged. "I do not care. I tried saving a young boy." I said. "A young boy whos family is shunned from the Spirits." She said. "I fancy that family more than anything in the world Mother!" I yelled. She stood up straight. "Do you know the reason why the spirits turned on Esther and her family?" She asked me. "No....and I do not care." I said. "She wanted to do a spell that would harm her and her family and the Spirits refused and shunned her. As they are doing to you." I stood up straight. "I must go now Mother. I have more important matters to attend to." I said.

As I passed the Mikaelson's hut I heard commotion. "Our son was harmed by a werewolf, Mikael. We need to protect our family." She said. "The spirits turned on you for even suggesting to do the spell. What more can you do without their help?" He asked sternly. "Spying?" I turned to see Elijah. "Oh....Elijah. I just had a curious instinct." I told him. "Your curious instincts can be dangerous." I shrugged. "Come.....I would like to be alone with you....just for a moment." I looked up at him. "Of course." I said. I followed him down to the cave quietly. "You do not wish to speak?" He asked. "No....I am just thinking is all." I told him. "You can tell me...you can tell me anything." I felt his fingers twirl around a piece of hair that sprung from the vines in my hair. I soflty pushed his hand away. "I have been spkoen for Elijah." He shrugged. "I do not care. Maybe one day I will be spoken by you." I shoved him lightly. "Kol is my only care." I said. He pushed me lightly into the wall. "I will not accept that." I pushed him lightly. "You should and you will. I only see you as my friend." I said. He went to reply until I heard a cough. "I think she told you she was spoken for." I looked to see Kol. "You have no say in what is happening brother." Elijah said. "I have spoke for her and now she is mine. She will always be mine." Elijah looked from Me then back to his brother. "For now." With that he left the cave. TBC
