Here it is~! yamixpatriciaxyugi asked me to do a part 3 of the series called 'Naughty Scientist! Donnie x Patricia (OC)' but this time is with her OC Patricia is pregnant with twins~!

A/N: This one-shot is about Donnie with Patricia. Donnie is the naughty scientist while Patricia is the nurse. This time is 2012 version of Donnie. This is part 3 of my first one-shot with Donnie and Patricia! Donnie and Patricia are happy together and decided to raise a family! Enjoy~!

(Patricia's POV)

I went to the lair after Donnie pick up me because I had a day off from school and work and he had to go on a patrol with his brothers. I was all alone in the lair...well not completely alone. I'm with Master Splinter who is meditating in the dojo and Ice cream kitty is in the fridge's freezer keeping everything frozen from ice cream to cheese-popsicles to cake pops. So, I sat on the couch watching TV and I was flipping through the channels. Donnie and I have been dating for two months, twelve days, five weeks to this day. You can say that we're the happiest couple ever. He cares about me and I care about him.

I went to the bathroom and I just found out...that I'm pregnant. What am I going to tell Donnie? He's my boyfriend and all. I'm scared to tell him. I thought to myself. A few minutes later...I heard voices coming into the lair. The most I hear is Donnie! I hid the pregnancy test in the trash bin. I walk out of the bathroom and went back to the common room. "Donnie! Welcome home. Hi, guys." I said.

"Hey, Patricia." The trio said at the same time. "Hey, baby." Donnie said as he gave me a kiss on my lips. I gave him a hug. "What's wrong, angel?" Donnie asked. "I-I just miss you too much, Donnie." I said. "Oh, Patricia. It's okay. Let's go and talk in my lab." Donnie said. I nodded.

Donnie and I went to his lab to talk. He closed the door and locked it. He took me to his chair as he sat down first and I sat on his lap. He put his arm around my waist and his other hand on my legs.

"What's wrong, baby?" Donnie asked. "I-I don't know how to say this." I said as I look away from my boyfriend's eyes. "You can tell me anything." Donnie said. I couldn't hold my tears back and then I put my head down on his shoulders while wrapping my arms around him. I let my tears streaming down my face.

"Patricia, it's okay. Whatever it is. I won't be mad." Donnie said. My tears kept streaming down my face. "Baby, I promise I won't get mad." I heard him saying his 'promise'. I lift my head up as I wipe my tears away. "I-I'm pregnant." I said more like I was stuttering. "What?" Donnie asked.

"I'm pregnant. I'm so sorry, Donnie." I said as I got up from his lap and walked away from Donnie. Donnie ran up to me as he wrapped his arms around me and put his chin on my shoulder. I put my hands on his arms. "Donnie..." I said. "I'm so happy to hear that you're pregnant. We can start a family like we always dream of when we were going out." Donnie said. I was shocked to hear that Donnie is not mad...he's actually happy for me. "How can we spring this on your family? Especially Master Splinter." I said. "We'll tell them together at dinner." Donnie said. "Okay, Donnie." I said. We gave each other kisses and then hugs. I wrapped my arms around his waist while he wrapped his arms around my shoulders. I put my head on his shoulder. We heard a knock on the doors.

"Donnie, Patricia, Master Splinter said come for supper before the pizza gets cold." We heard a male voice outside of the lab and it was Mikey. "Okay, Mikey. We're coming." Donnie said. He unlocked the doors and I held Donnie's hand.
