Right after I read his message, I send him a reply at once. I want to hear his voice right now. What's happening to me? This is driving me nuts!

While waiting for his reply, I also found out that tonight's filming was cut short. They're saying Bas is sick. Anxiety immediately takes over my happiness.

What could've happened to my Nong Bas?
"Take my call," I sent him this message without waiting for his reply. I'm becoming impatient.
After a few rings, he picks up.
('I'll go ahead, N'Bas.' ) I hear someone in the background.
I thought that the shoot's over. He hasn't gone home yet? Who's with him?
"Alright, P'. Take care. Thanks for the ice cream, and sorry again for the trouble." That's him.
('You too. Let me know once your dad arrives.')
Is that N'Godt? Why are they together? The thousand questions in my head are making creases in my forehead. Is he going to talk to me or him?
"Is this a bad time?" I have to say something to remind him that there's someone on the other line.
"P'! No, no.. Are you home yet?"
"Aren't you home yet? Who's with you?" I ignore him and throw another question. I don't feel like answering, and he has some explaining to do.
"Oh, that's P'Godt. Dad's not here yet."
"Did he stay while you're waiting?"
"No, he didn't. He just brought me some snacks. Kind of surprised me, too."
Is Godt up to something? Does he like Bas? As far as I know, he's straight, and he has a girlfriend.
"Okay. What happened to you? I heard you got sick? Why isn't your dad there yet?"
I know, I know. I asked a lot of questions.
"I'm better now. Dad might be a little late because I told him to come at 8PM. I didn't know that tonight's shoot would be cut short."
"Is he on his way now?"
"Not yet. I was just about to tell him to pick me up now. P'Godt had my phone with him, so I couldn't call Dad earlier."
This is getting more and more interestingly annoying. Why was his phone with Godt?
"Tell your dad not to pick you up anymore. I'm on my way there."
