Harry flirted with everyone, his name was practically Harry 'Charming' Hook.
On the Isle, it was different, Harry's flirting was more intimidation. And his relationship with Uma was something you found endearing. You never got jealous of Uma.
The way Harry flirted with you was more how he treated Uma, but about three times more sometimes.
It was when you came to Auradon that was the problem.

Harry found it amusing when the different princesses and such would try to flirt with him, so he would just flirt back.
