I walked away with my hair flowing behind me as I smiled to myself.

Keeping my distance from Aaron will make my feelings easier to comprehend and get rid of.

I'm not ready to fall in love.

Last time I did I was a child and got my heart broken.

I'm gonna tell Aarwon how I fweel today!

I skipped up to Aaron with a smile on my face.

"Hi Aarwon!" I said cheerfully.

"Hi Aph." Aaron said.

"Cwan I twell ywou swomething?" I asked.

"Sure." Aaron said.

"I lwike you!" I said with a smile.

"Huh? That's kinda obvious. Your my friend." He said with a shrug.

"No! I LWIKE lwike ywou!" I said and my smile began to droop.

"Eh? Okay. Hey, can you help me with something real quick?" He asked.

He dismissed my feelings just like THAT?!

"Surwe Aarwon!" I said.

"Can you go over to Lily and tell her good things about me?" He asked.

"What? Why?" I asked.

"I REALLY like her but I'm too shy to talk to her." He said.

My eyes were instantly clouded with tears and my smile vanished.

"S-sorry Aarwon.. I-I have to go.." I said and ran off crying.

I walked out of the hospital and sat on a bench under a tree as tears clouded my right eye.

I looked down as tears began to fall onto my hands and lap.

I think of that heartbreak every time I see him.

"Aph? You okay?" A deep voice asked.

I wiped my eye and looked up with a fake smile and nodded.

"Oh, okay. Well I'm going home. Need a ride?" Aaron asked.

I shook my head.

"Oh, okay. Well, seeya at school!" Aaron said and left.

Aaron's POV

She was crying.

I saw her wipe her tears.

I saw the fake smile.

She was remembering that day, wasn't she?

I was stupid to pick Lily over her.

I broke her heart and was too STUPID to realize it.

Now I don't even know who she is anymore.

I hadn't spoken to her since we were kids and bullied her when I saw her again.

Why was I such a jerk to her?

Why was I just making her life harder than it already was?

She already got beaten by her 'mother' everyday when she went home.

I opened the door to my house and saw broken glass and furniture.

I walked around the house and heard a noise coming from my room.

I slowly went upstairs and opened my bedroom door.

I was instantly slammed against a wall and punched in the stomach.
