Mackenzie's POV
"Girls..." I grip on mom's arm, she was feeling dizzy.
"Aw! You're so weak! It was a freaking merry-go-round!" Maddie starts laughing and I couldn't help but giggle to.
"Shut up." Mom glares at us.
"Wait a minute...MADDIE! MOM, MADDIE TOOK MY GROOT BREAD!" I whine and let go of mom.
I run around Mads and try to get it from her hands but I was to freakin short. So then I started tickling her, which was a wrong move. She starts to laugh and drops it onto the cement floor.
"Nice going Kenz." Maddie laughs.
I walk over to mom again, "Pleaseeee!" I stick out my bottom tounge.
"No." I glare at Maddie who kicking the Groot Bread around.
"Okay, I think it's time to go girls."
"Kay!"

"SLOW DOWN JUAN!" I giggle.
Johnny turns around and pick me up, putting me over his shoulder.
"LET ME GO!" I laugh.
"Nah."
"IM SO HEAVY THOUGH!" I start kicking, hoping not to kick him in the face.
"Are you kidding me? You're light as a feather, but totally out of shape." I kick him in the chest and he screams like a girl.
"Johnny?! Mackenzie?! Oh my gosh! Can I have ann autograph, pleaseeee!" A fan walks up to us.
"Totally!"
John drops me on the floor and the fan hands us her phone case and a random pen she had.
"Thank you! Also...is #jenzie real?" She asks us.
Before John can say anything, I say, "No."
Johnny starts having a fake mini cough attack and I just ignore him.
"Um...is he OK?" She asks, concerned.
"Yeah..he's uh totally cool. Well it was nice seeing you!"
"Okay, thank you! Bye!" She waves at us and I give her a mini wave.
"Okay, you can stop now." I roll my eyes at him.
He walks up to me. "When do I get to call you mine?" He wraps his arms around my waist.
I could feel his hot breath on my nose. "When I break up with Brandon." He groans and starts to close the gap but lean back and push away, teasingly.
He stands still, not moving. His eyes were still closed and he was still in kissing position. "Mackenzie Ziegler.." He mutters.
I laugh. "Not in public." I link arms with him and we start skipping like little kids.
"Such a player." He shakes his head.
"Oh shut up. You know I don't like him!" We stop skipping.
"Well then why won't you break up with him?" John starts to get serious.
"Johnny, I told you...it's just complicated." I mumble.
"How? Just say 'I don't like you anymore. I think we should break up. No hard feelings.'! Besides, you know that he checks out other girls." I unlink our arms.
"Johnny, Brandon is my boyfriend. And you are-"
"I'm what." He looks in my eyes.
"My best friend."
"Friend zoned. Ouch." He starts to back away.
"Juan. Please." I try to reach for him.
"So are we just friends with bene-"
"No...look, I promise that I'll break up with him sooner. Just let me find the right time and place. Kay?" I ask him.
"Kay." We link arms again.
"Wanna watch a movie?" I ask out of nowhere.
"How romantic." I punch his arm.
"Yeah sure."

Johnny's POV
"Wanna come to my place?" I say.
"No. Lauren's mad at me. Like for no reason." We both hop in my car.
"So you broke your window?" She looks suspiciously at me.
"H-how did you know." She stutter.
"Kenz."
"It was an accident!" She screams out of nowhere.
"Kenz."
"I didn't mean t-to!" I grab her hand and she stops shaking.
"Are you okay now?"
"Yeah." She snuggles into my arms.
Her shorts slip up and I saw a scar on her leg. She doesn't even notice, she just stays in my arms. I pit my hand on her thigh and she jumps up, probably in pain.
"Mackenzie..why?"
"I just wanted to try it out." She mutters, looking out the window.
I sigh and start to drive to my place.

"John, we need to talk." My mom calls from he kitchen.
"I'll go and try to talk to her." Mack sighs and walks up the stairs.
"What mom?"
"I think it's time for people to know that you're 'dating' Nadia." My mom says.
"Uh okay."
