yoongi woke up before jimin, and he decided to make breakfast.

he had just finished it when jimin walked into the kitchen.

"are you hungry?" yoongi asks, looking at jimin.

he looked a lot skinnier.

"no," jimin said, heaving himself on top of yoongis counter.

"jimin, why aren't you eating?" yoongi asks, noticing jimin wasnt hungry the night before or this morning.

jimin bit his lip and looked down.

"he said I was fat," he mumbles, and yoongi sighs.

he walked over to jimin and forced him to look him in the eye.

he raised his shirt so he could see his slim stomach.

"jimin, youre not fat," yoongi says sternly.

jimin gulped.

"now eat," he finishes through gritted teeth, causing jimin to get a little scared and nod frantically, signalling he was submissing.

he hopped off the counter and made himself a plate of the breakfast yoongi made, and he began to eat it immediately. he sat at yoongis table

he was eating so fast that he nearly choked, so yoongi had to stop him.

"jimin, quit it. youll choke," he says, grabbing jimins wrist.

jimin winced.

damn it, dayoung. what did you do to him?

"jimin," yoongi said softly, crouching down so he wasn't standing above the younger.

jimin set his food down.

"im not gonna hurt you," he says, and jimin nods shortly.

"im not him, so you can stop being so afraid," yoongi continues, and jimin gulps.

"im sorry," he apologizes, and yoongi shakes his head.

"its okay," yoongi says quietly, and jimin chews on his lip.

then yoongi realized he was probably just agreeing with him to make him happy.

"jimin," he says, and jimin nods.

"youre not fat," he starts.

"and you're not worthless," he grabbed jimins hand to comfort him even further.

"youre not pathetic."

he knew being so forgiving wasn't right, but he hated seeing jimin like this despite what he did to him.

"its okay to say sorry."

but he still couldn't go back to what he was with jimin.

"and I wont let him hurt you again."

it kind of felt like now he had nobody, even if jimin was right in front of him.

"and you will be fine."

jimin didnt say anything. he just stared down at yoongi.

the next move he made might be the worst one, but he went for it.

"i love you," jimin whispers, and yoongi barely heard it.

yoongi bit the inside of his cheek.

"finish your breakfast," he says, and then he stood up and left jimin alone in fhe kitchen.
