namjoon answered the call after reading seokjins name.

"hey."

jin sounded out of breath.

"whats up?"

namjoon furrowed his eyebrows. this was out of the ordinary.

namjoon held his breath.

"I don't think this is working out."

namjoon felt a little overwhelmed.

he felt drained, even if this was just the start.

namjoon didn't breath, nor blink, nor move.

he just sat still, his heart being the only thing still living.

frankly, namjoon was afraid of the answer.

namjoon closed his eyes.

he always had a fear that would happen.

jin was something unreal in his eyes.

and he knew jin was bound to find someone more suitable than someone so desperate.

namjoon opened his eyes and stared straight ahead.

not even staring, he couldn't make the effort to focus.

that was the day namjoon decided he really loved jin.
