Callie and Lexi Adams Foster sighed and they were excited that they were going out on a much deserved date night in a few days. Josephine, Lenara and Cassie were the only ones going to be home and offered to watch the two sets of youngest twins for the night. The moms' needed the break.
"Let's go talk with our four youngest babies?" Lexi asked. Callie nodded and they both went to the backyard and eyed the two sets of youngest twins on the play structure together. Callie and Lexi opened the backdoor and went to see their four babies.
"Lafayette. Alexandra. Oliver. Olivia. Mama and I need to talk with you?" Lexi asked as the four kids nodded and got off the play structure.
"Yes mama?. Yes mommy?" the four kids asked.
"Mommy and I are going out on a date night on Friday," Lexi added. It was Sunday in the afternoon.
Lafayette smiled. "Where are we going?" the girl asked in a grin.
Callie and Lexi eyed each other and sighed. "My love. It is only for mama and I," Lexi added.
"How long?" Lafayette asked. She was scared and worried.
"Just a few hours," Callie promised. The four kids just nodded and went back to playing. Deep down, the four kids were not okay with their mama and mommy going out on a date night. They were reserved. The moms' went back inside to start lunch as the four kids got together.
"I don't like this date idea," Olivia added. "I'm scared."
"Why do they even need to date?" Oliver asked. "Dating is only for people not married, right?"
"What if they get hurt?" Lafayette asked. "What would happen to us?"
"Yeah," Alexandra added. "I would feel safer if they stayed."
Lafayette, Oliver and Olivia nodded. Thirty minutes later, Andrew and Andrea ran out.
"Lunch is ready," their foster siblings added as the four Adams Foster kids nodded and ran into the house to get some lunch. Callie made grilled cheese sandwiches and tomato soup since it was the first week of October and really cold.
"Mama, can we watch a movie?" Lafayette asked. Callie nodded.
"You and your siblings can pick, but you need to decide which one," Lexi added. Lafayette nodded. "Andrew and Andrea need to be in the decision making as well."
The six kids nodded and continued to eat. An hour later, the kids were watching All Dogs Go To Heaven part one and two.
Callie eyed the kids in the living room and smiled. "I will see you all in a few hours. I have errands to run."
"Can we come?" her two sets of twins asked. "Please mama?"
"Sorry, but," Callie added, but was cut off as Lafayette clung to her left leg. "Lafayette Deanna!"
"Don't go mama. Please," she begged as tears appeared in her eyes. Followed by Alexandra, Oliver and Olivia.
"Babies. I'm sorry, but I can't take you with me," Callie added.
"NOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!" the four screamed out. Callie was shocked and just thought they felt neglected and she decided to skip her errands and stayed home.
"How about I stay home? We can watch The Secret Life Of Pets?" Callie asked as her four kids and her two foster kids nodded. Callie sat and her four kids were near her as she eyed Lexi who was shocked, but shrugged.
After the movie it was bath time and Callie bathed her three girls, while Lexi bathed Oliver. Andrew and Andrea bathed themselves.
In the master bedroom, "What was that downstairs?" Lexi asked.
