Summer school started for Callie and Lexi's youngest kids. Olivia went to her locker and saw one of her friends, Meghan Smith. "Hi Megs," Olivia added in a smile.
Meghan just eyed Olivia and sighed. "Hi Olivia. What happened to you?" she asked.
"What do you mean?" Olivia asked confused.
"You got FAT!" Meghan added. Olivia bit her lip hurt and went to her class as she left her friend in the hallway. Olivia went to the restroom and wiped her tears and went to class. She bumped into her mama and she smiled as she eyed her.
"Hi my love. Don't be late for class," Callie added. Olivia nodded and left.
In class, Olivia could not concentrate and thought of the word Meghan said and could not get it out of her mind. That was all she thought about as she tried to focus in class and could not and the bell rang to end the first class and she walked out.
She eyed Meghan with two other girls as they pointed at Olivia and they laughed and made pig noises. Olivia kept the tears at bay and went the opposite direction and wiped her forming tears and went to her second class.
"You okay?" Marie asked of her girlfriend's youngest sister.
"Yeah just tired," Olivia added. "Got something in my eye."
Marie nodded and went to her own class as she eyed Olivia walk into her second class. The older girl nodded and went back to her own thing.
In math class, Meghan walked in and sat in the last row and wrote a note and passed it to her two friends, Hannah and Leslie. They passed it to all the kids and they laughed or snickered and it was finally passed to Olivia who opened it and read the note.
Olivia sighed and put the note in her pocket and ignored it. The note said Olivia is a PIG. She tuned the note and the three girls' out and started to do her math.
Two hours later it was lunch time and Olivia made it to her usual table and all her siblings joined and she decided not to eat after Meghan and her friends comments all morning. The note was the final straw. Oliver sat next to his twin sister.
"Not hungry?" he asked.
"No. I ate my lunch earlier. I was hungrier then," she lied. In fact she was hungry and wanted to eat. Her siblings nodded and began to eat. She left to the bathroom and went to her sports locker and put her sack lunch away and sighed. She never was a waster of food, but she was afraid she would eat it.
A few hours later, was the end of the first day of summer school and she walked over to her locker and eyed Meghan and her two new friends. They put up a pig image on her locker and Olivia took it down and threw it away.
In her bathroom at home, she eyed her reflection in the mirror and cried. Her mind was playing tricks on her as she eyed an overweight and ugly girl. She knew what she needed to do.
At dinner, her moms' were distracted and they did not see that she gave her food to her dog and Callie eyed her daughter's empty plate. "Seconds my love?"
"No mama. I'm fine," Olivia added. "Can I skip dessert?"
"Um sure," Callie added as Olivia got her dirty plate and went to take it to the dishwasher and cam back out. "I can do the kitchen tonight?"
"Really?" Leticia and her older twin Benjamin asked. She nodded and they smiled happy since it was their turn and all.
As she cleaned, Olivia knew she needed to get skinny again as she finished the kitchen and went to bed.
Olivia stayed clear of Meghan and the two other girls and kept to herself. She left her sack lunch in the locker and as she eyed the fifth bag she knew it was okay. Even though she was hungry, she needed to get skinny again.
