Other people may not agree with my beliefs, but this is more than alright.
If we all were carbon copies of each other, our society would be a cesspool of collectivism and a dull, monotonous outlook on life and its magnificent beauty. Without promoting individuality, our society cannot flourish with the unique traits and abilities of its contributors.
There are people in this world who believe that "it's my way or the highway," but I am unable to force myself to think this way.
Sure, I believe what I believe. This means that not everyone is able to fit into my way of thinking and they may be seen as outcasts, but everyone is important in my vision.
All I can do in my life is to continue to share my story with those who wish to listen. Whether you believe in what I preach or you don't, I hope that anyone and everyone can gain a takeaway from my message.
The truth is: we all have intrusive thoughts, but we don't have to fight them alone.
