taeyang  was standing by the side of sana's door, waiting for her to finish wearing her shoes.

" okay, done ", sana smiled and got up before they walked to school.

" you look pretty today ", taeyang suddenly complimented her, after gazing at her for a few seconds with a warm smile.

sana blushed and quickly looked away, before looking back again and mumbled a shy 'thank you'.

" you're cute when you blush ", taeyang scrunched up his nose, smiling widely.

" yah ", sana hit his arm playfully ," stop being so cliche. that's what every guy would say. be a little more original ", she chuckled.

" geez what am i supposed to say? 'you're the most amazing thing that has ever graced this world and you are so beautiful not only today but ever since you were born, you were beautiful' ??? ", taeyang scoffed.

" yes HAHA ", sana laughed and hugged him from the side, looking up at him and smiled innocently.

his expression softened and a smile made its way to his lips.

" oh, i'm not going home with you today ", sana said.

" whyy ", taeyang pouted.

" i'm going out with dahyun and hwiyoung ", sana smiled reassuringly. taeyang only nodded slowly.

it was 10 pm that night, taeyang had told sana to send him a text when she got home from the outing.
