As we all sit around the table I scan some key words.
demogorgon, eleven, gone, search, fog, ash, upside down!
"Upside down!" I yelled pointing to the word.
"Do you know how to get there!?" Lucas asked.
I look down sadly.
"We could... we could go back... to the lab..." I suggest trying to make a full sentence. They all look at each other. Dustin shakes his head no along with Lucas.
"Let's try something else. Good idea though." Mike stared in my eyes for a good 3 minutes
"Mike! Eleven!" Lucas pointed out.
"Oh-oh! Yes okay." Mike concentrated on the board.
"What if we lure the demogorgon like my brother and Nancy did and follow it back!" Will suggested.
"To risky. That thing is dangerous. We could get killed." I managed to get a full sentence out. They look at me surprised. I smirk and look back at the board.
"We need to find the next portal. We can go in groups. Me, Nancy, will, Lucas, mike, Dustin, and wills brother. Plan?" I suggest.
"Oh! Yeah. That sound good?" Will beamed.
Mike nods along with the rest.
"Any other suggestions?" Lucas asked.
"We could find where the new Hawkins lab is. I bet they have some input in it." Mike suggested. I nod and so do the rest of the boys.
"So five. You say you have powers, correct?" Lucas asked. I nod slowly.
"What kind!?" Dustin asked very excited. I stand up and pick up a ship thing they have.
"Watch." I instruct. I focus on the ship. I let the ship go and it stays floating in the air.
"Nice." Dustin smiled.
I put down the ship and sit on the couch.
"Hide this." I say holding out a shirt that was on the couch. It was orange and had a print on the front.
"Let-let's pick another shirt." Mike choked moving the shirt. I nod
"Try this." Mike says holding up little action figure.
I nod. I close my eyes and plug my ears.
Mike starts shaking me. I look up and unplug my ears. I focus on the figure in my head. Now I see where it is. There's a beeping in my head from where the figure is to. I start walking over to a pile of stuffed animals. I pick one up and see the action figure. I hold it up with a smile. They all nod their head in shock.
"Also." I smile and walk out the basement door.
There were dead flowers spread across the yard. I go over to one and place my hand over it. It starts to grow again.
"I can scream and send a shock wave over people while exploding their brain." I giggled standing up.
"COOL!" Dustin and mike said in unison.
"One more thing." I held up my index finger.
I close my eyes and hold out one hand. This is the thing that takes most of my powers. I open my eyes to see an empty black space. Me, being use to this, start to walk around.
"I'm mike. Short for Michael." Mike introduced himself showing me the handshake again. I can relive memories and, if I have enough powers I can travel to the upside down. The only thing is, I don't wanna go there. The monster and the screaming lost souls. I felt my eyes open. Mike was holding me, and my eyes were strained. I felt weak. I used to much power in one day.
Mike lays me on his couch and leaves for me to rest.
Mike's pov
Me, Dustin, and Lukas walk out of the basement to let her sleep.
"Do you guys have any chocolate pudding?" Dustin asked walking to my fridge. I decided to just let him look through it by himself.
"5. What happened back there mike! What was she doing!?" Lukas asked.
"What if she can find El! She said she can find things! Can't she find El?" I said with a giant smile.
"I wouldn't count on it. She's just like eleven mike. We can't always depend on her." Dustin informed ripping off the top of the pudding cup.
"Nancy!" I yelled up to her. She comes out of her room and yelled back.
"What Michael!" She yelled back.
"Do you have any clothes you could give 5?" I ask.
"One sec." she goes back into her room and hands me some outfits.
"Here. If they don't fit bring them back."
She hands me a couple outfits. I take them and walk back downstairs and set them on the table.
Time skip.
5 finally woke up while me and the boys were playing Dungeons and Dragons.
She eyes the outfits and walks over to them.
"Can you try them on?" I ask. She nods and walks to the bathroom.
Your POV
I walk into the bathroom and sort out the clothes. Luckily they all fit pretty well. I walk back out and lay them back on the table.
"Did they all fit?" Mike asked. I nod again.
After a while of the boys play D+D I watched. They seemed pretty good. Then another older boy came down the stairs.
"Will. Let's go." The older boy ordered. Will stood up and high fives the boys.
"Bye 5." He side hugs me and leaves.
"Wanna go on a night bike ride?" Lucas suggested. I smile and nod. Boy do I wanna get out in fresh air again. We all walk out the door and get our bikes. I hop on the back of mikes and we ride off. The cold air felt nice against my dry skin. The boys talked the whole time while I rested my head on mikes shoulder. We stopped right at the edge of the mountain side. Me and the rest get off our bikes and walk to the edge.
"Hey mike, remember when eleven saved you from jumping off for me?" Dustin chuckled.
"Yeah. Those guys are dicks." Mike answered. Lucas, Mike, and Dustin sit on the edge watching the sun go down. I walk over and sit next to Mike.
"Mike." I whisper to him.
"Yes." He replied.
"Eleven." I say.
"Yeah. I miss her." He sighed leaning his head on my shoulder. The sunset was beautiful. I hope every night is as good as this one.
