➿(Part 23)(bus stuff)➿

I run as fast as I can after getting off the bus. I use my magic to quietly open the front door. When I sprint in I see hopper looking at me scared as all hell. My eyes become wide and I slam the door. Hopper chased after me as I ran to my own room. I slammed the door once again and pushed the dresser to the door with my powers. Hopper bangs on my door with his fists.

"No!" I scream to him. I knew he was Angry I left without telling him. My room door starts to open slightly and the dresser starts to push forward. I use my powers and slam it shut again. He must have broke the lock on the door.

"Y/N, open this door!" He yelled. I only screamed back. I look over to my window and open it My my powers once again.
"Y/N open the door!" He yelled. I shout again and hop out my window and shut the window hatch. I run as fast as possible to get away from the house. I'm. So. Tired. I reached the bus stop once more and about fainted again. Not from the usage of my powers but from exhaustion from all the running and yelling.

The bus comes to a stop in front of me and opens his doors. I climb up the stairs and look for a Certain somebody. There I saw him sit again. Brendon. I run to him and fall into the seat next to him.

"Bren-Brendon." I pant. He looks over to me shocked out of his mind.

"Jesus Christ Y/N, What the hell happened to you?!" He panicked. I looked around the bus and saw people staring at our strange behavior. I smiled and turned back to Brendon.

"I um. I got advice from Steve. I know what I need to do... After I went home I got in this huge fight for leaving early in the morning. Brendon just sat there shocked. I don't think he knew what to say.

"I umm. Where are you heading?" He asked. To be honest I'm not completely sure. Where was I gonna go. Mike's probably still asleep since it's a weekend.

"I'm not sure." I confessed. Brendon looked at me with concern. To get away from the current conversation I look out my fogged up window. I could feel Brendon's eyes on me. I could tell he wanted to help but couldn't.

"Y/N, This May sound strange since we've just met, but if you want you can come back to my place and get settled there." Brendon suggested. From the way that he takes the bus everyday he doesn't seem that wealthy to have a big house. Just for a little Y/N.
I nod with a slight smirk. He nodded also and I saw his dark brown hair bounce along with his head. That made me laugh. I think he might have caught on and laughed as well.

"Okay, next stop. Because we missed the other one." Brendon chuckled and stared out the windshield of the bus. I do the same but out the small side window.
Soon the bus came to a halt and we both stood up. Things have changed for me. I don't know if it's going good or bad. Honestly, I say it's okay. Not great but not bad.

"Brendon, slow down!" I shout after him. He was seep walking and I didn't have the energy to keep up with him.

"Sorry, Sorry." He apologized. I smiled and nodded.

"There's something we need to talk about. Like I'm not joking." I state. He just nods and controls listen to my words.
"Remember when I said I was abnormal. That means that I'm different from normal human beings. I have powers." Brendon chuckled and nodded.

"Okay kid." He raises one brow.

"It's true! I'll show you when we get to your house! I'll show you and you-" I was to stunned to finish my sentence. Mike came racing around the Corner on his bike. His eyes immediately went to me. I felt so hyped up and I just ran to him. He threw his bike down and came running to me as well. I could see Brendon looking at me very confused.

"That's a story for a later time." I smiled and continued to hug Mike. This isn't one of the best days but it just got better. Mike. I'm back. I'm back with Mike and I feel safe. Mike is my safe place.
