Rosé's POV
"Mom?" I called as I am going downstairs.
I go directly to our kitchen and saw my mom busy preparing for our dinner later. My members will be here later. Finally after long months of being away from each other, I'm going to see them.
Where are you going? Mom asked as she saw me
"I'll just go to the nearby supermarket, i need to buy some ingredients for the cake that i will bake later mom"
"Okay.wait for me.I'll just finish slicing this one and then i'll go with you"
"No need mom. I can go on my own"
"Are you sure?.Your almost on the last month of your pregnancy and..."
I cut her off before mom could finish what she is going to say
"Mom. I will be fine..I'll just buy a few ingredients, its not that heavy for sure plus i'm still 3 weeks away from my due date."
"Okay..if you said so. by the way what time will Jisoo, Jennie and Lisa be here later?"
"Around 6-7pm mom. They are currently practicing now for the concert tomorrow"
Mom looked at her wrist watch and said
"Its 3pm only, we got so much time to finish preparing all this"
"Yes mom.no need to rush.hahaha..I'll go now"
"Okay. Take care and text me when you get there"
"Seriously mom?." I jokingly said as I kissed her cheeks and bid goodbye
I was about to reach the main door, when I hear the doorbell sound. I opened it to see who is it
"Hi Chaeyoung-ah!!" it was Danny oppa
"What brings you here oppa?.You dont have a shift in the hospital today?"
"Yeah. it's my day off today plus mom ask me to bring this stuffs to give to your mom" he said as he showed me the box he brought
"Okay..mom is in the kitchen..I'll go now"
"Where are you going?"
"Supermarket..need to buy some baking ingredients."
"Wait for me. I'll go with you"
"No need oppa"
"I insist..Its not safe for you to go alone"
"But oppa...."
"No buts Chaeyoung-ah i'm your doctor remember?".he said while grinning
"I also need to buy some toiletries for my pad"
"Okay doctor danny" i playfully replied
"Here take my keys..wait for me at my car"
"Okay" i said as i took the keys from him and walk outside towards his car
After a few minutes of waiting inside his car.. I finally saw him coming out from our house and he immediately jogs towards his car
"Lets go?!" he said as he is already seated on the drivers seat
I nod in response
I saw oppa looking at me intently when he suddenly move towards me and almost wrap his arms around me as he reach for something
I was startled with his action. Then i hear him say
"Your seatbelt Chaeyoung-ah..tsk!!tsk!!tsk!!.safety first" then he buckle up my seatbelt
Jungkook suddenly pops up on my mind. Scenes of our car dates keeps appearing in my thoughts
I shook my head trying to clear my mind.
Shit..I silently cursed myself.seriously whats happening to me. I feel dumbfounded
"Hey Chaeyoung are you okay" he worriedly ask and gently hold my hand
"I..I.I'm okay oppa. I'm just trying to remember the things i need to buy" I lied
"Okay..let's go" he let go of my hand and starts the engine..
Its was only like 5 minutes and we arrived at the supermarket. Oppa was now parking our car when I hear my phone rang..,It's Jisoo unnie
"Hello unnie???!!.." i answered
"Chaeyoung-ah our rehearsal is finished..we will just rest for now and prepare ourselves later. We will be there before 7pm"
"Okay unnie. I'm so excited to see you all.. Is Sangwon manager unnie with you?" i asked
"Yes. she will go with us later."
"Ok-
"Chaeyoung?!" danny oppa interrupt and called me in a soft voice
"Wait oppa. kindly give me a minute" i said and he nod in response. he signal he will be out of the car first.maybe to give me privacy
"Thank you" i mouthed to him before he close the car door from the driver seat
"Yahhh!..Park Chaeyoung!!!.Oppa??!who was that?!" Jisoo unnie said on the line
"Chill unnie.hahaha.That was Danny oppa my doctor and my childhood friend remember?"
"Ooops. Sorry.hahaha"
"Btw unnie i'll hang up now. Oppa is waiting for me outside his car. We are here at the supermarket to buy some stuffs"
"Okay..see u later..nyongan!!!" then unnie ended the call
I got out of the car and saw Danny oppa waiting beside his car.
"Sorry for waiting oppa"
"No worries. lets go"
We are now inside the supermarket busy looking at the items here at the food section when I hear another phone rang. Its was opp
"Chaeyoung I'll just go to the rest room to take this important call. Its our head doctor. Wait for me here at the food section"
"Go ahead oppa. Don't worry about me. I'll wait for you here while i pick up the ingredients that i needed"
He nods and he left
I continue to roam around to look for the items i need to buy. I was busy scrolling on phone on the list that i made earlier when I accidentally bump my push cart to something..no it was someone
"Ouch" said by a man who groaned in pain, he who is wearing a cap, a hoodie and a mask on. he is also with someone with the same get up
"Oh my god..i'm so sorry.a.are you okay.i know its my fault, i'm really sorry" i apologize. i rushed to him and saw him slouching trying to comfort his knees that i bump to, the guy he is with was busy laughing out loud seeing what happened to his companion
I was about to reach for him when the guy suddenly looks at me. He looks shocked!?!.I ask to myself why and then
"Chae..Chaeyoung!?!.he asked as he look at me from head to toe
"I'm sorry but you know me?" i feel lost
The guy suddenly removed his mask and put a smile on his face
"Ji..Jimin?"
"Yes Chaeyoung..the one and only Jimin" he chuckled
The other guy which is with him suddenly turn silent and still
No..It can't be....
Don't look Chaeyoung-ah..i said to myself..
But I betrayed myself. I look at him..and our eyes met. He still have his mask on but I know it was him. I know whom those dark orbs belong to...
