"...girl!"

I looked at Tom and showed him a big grin.

"Told ya."

All he said was;

"Baby Matilda!"

"You have already picked a name?" Dr Hocking realised.

"Yeah, it was going to be Trent for a boy." Tom revealed.

"You two have it all sorted, don't you?"

"Not everything," He admitted.

"I'm sure you will by the time this baby is ready to make an entrance," Dr Hocking smiled.

This time we got pictures of the baby printed out. There is one of her hand, foot and head. Tom was going all googly eyed at them the whole way home.

But before we went home, Mum drove us to Tom's house so we could tell his parents the news.

When Tom told them I was having a girl, Michelle said for us to stay put and she run into her bedroom. She came back out holding an adorable pink onezie. Mish handed it to me.

"Something for the baby girl,"She grinned.

"Aw, Thank you! But how did you know to get pink?" I wondered.

"Gut instinct," Mish shrugged.

Tom showed them the pictures and they congratulated us. I asked him to stay the night again so he packed some more clothes and we headed back to my house.

Once we arrived home, Tom went and lied down on my bed still staring at the pictures and he pretty much stayed like that for the next two days.

Because I didn't go to school on Monday, Tom stayed home with me. That afternoon, Georgia rang me up.

"Hello," I answered my phone on the second ring.

"Bon!" She sounded worried.

"Oh no! What happened?" I was scared.

"She told everyone! So now the whole school knows about you and Tom having a baby," It sounded like she was crying.

"G, it's okay. I expected nothing less from Ashlee and it was about time everyone found out!"

"But, but even all the teachers have found out as well." She wined.

"They were going to find out sooner or later. George, it's fine."

She finally calmed down and I told her I would meet her at school the next day.

When Tom finally looked up from the ultrasound pictures, I told him what Ashlee had done. He agreed with my point of view but he still wanted to rip her head off and I didn't blame him for that.

Tom didn't stay again but he was going to pick me up the next morning because he finally got his p's.

The next morning it was to hot to wear a jumper and to be quite honest, I was glad. I wanted to prove to Ashlee that I don't care about what she did to me because everyone was eventually going to find out.

I dressed in almost the same clothes Tom had picked out for me the other day. I heard a knock at the door and almost ran to answer it, knowing it was going to be him.

I opened the door to find him standing there with three roses, one pink, one white and one red.

"Hey beautiful," He kissed me on the cheek and handed me the roses.

"Aw! Thank you, they are gorgeous," I kissed him back.

As I sniffed the roses, Tom knelt down so his face was in front on my stomach. He placed his hands on either side of my waist, leaned in and kissed my bump.

"Hello Matilda." He whispered.

"Aren't you cute?" I chuckled.

"Hey, I had to say hello to my daughter."

It was the first time he referred to Matilda as his daughter. It made me all gooey on the inside. Maybe my dream will really happen after all.

I put the roses in a vase and we headed out the door. On the way to school I said;

"Tom, I had an idea for Matilda's middle name," I suggested.

"Yeah, what is it?" He answered keeping a careful eye on the road.

"Elise! So how does Matilda Elise Oliver sound?"

"That sounds amazing," He smiled bigger then I thought was even possible.

I had a smile on my face all the way to school. We finally arrived and Tom parked the car across the road because he didn't want me walking to far. How cute!

We walked into the entrance of school hand-in-hand. My bump was easily noticeable and we were both waiting for the stares. We found Georgia and Lincoln in our usual spot. I was looking all around me to see if anyone was staring. There was only a couple of people and I was happy. So, Ashlee's plan obviously back fired. I just laughed it off.

It wasn't until third period, when I had childcare that everyone seemed to be looking. I sat at the back of the classroom with George. Today, we were talking about stages in pregnancy and it was good going through it because I could really understand what trimester I was up to.

After class Miss Rose asked to speak with me. Georgia said she would wait outside but I told her the please stay with me.

"How is it all going Bronte?" Miss Rose wondered.

"It has been going really good actually. We found out on Saturday, that I'm having a girl," I smiled.

"Have you picked out a name?"

"Matilda Elise!" I replied.

"That's cute. I know teachers aren't supposed to be happy about teenagers getting pregnant but I know your story Bronte and I'm sure you'll be fine. When ever you need support, I'm here, okay." She poured out her heart. It was kinda weird, teachers at this school are never supportive!

I really wanted to give her a hug but that's a bit awkward for a student to hug a teacher so I just smiled and said thank you.

Tom met us outside my childcare room. We had a free period so we drove me home but we went for a little detour first.
