In the distance we see a small barn. I look at them, to make sure they see it too. They do, so I hold onto my bag, and start running towards it. I stop right in front of the big red door. I look through one of the holes in it. I don't see anything, so I unlatch the lock, and run right in. I climb up the loft ladder and throw my things down. I plop down on a hay bale. Aria and Cole are still standing at the door.

"What are you? Vampires? get in here." Aria holds her nose.

"It smells horrible!" She says. Cole nods his head and wrinkles his nose as he steps into the dark barn.

I chuckle. "Deal with it." I say to Cole. He uncovers his nose and gets used to the smell.

"Why don't you smell it?" he asks me.

"I grew up on a farm." I roll my eyes and ignore him. He nods his head and climbs up the opposite loft stairs. Aria climbs up with me. I can see in her eyes that she needs help. I nod my head and stand up.

"Well me and Aria have a lot of catching up to do, come on Aria let's go walk around the barn." I grab her arm and jump down to the bottom. Aria looks up at Cole, he gives her a very stern look before looking down at his hands. I quickly pull her out, out of his sight, eager to see what's wrong.

I quietly close the barn door, my gun and knife, my crowbar in hand.

"What are you doing?" Aria says, grabbing my arm.

"Let's go!" I say in a loud whisper. "What did he do to you?" She looks back at the barn, then the forest.

"He...." She closes her eyes. "He killed my family, and almost killed me if I hadn't have given him what he wanted." I look her strait in the eyes.

"What did he want?" She covers her mouth, I pat her on the back.

"He.." she sniffles, then catches her breath. "He wanted to kill you."
