Hermione's POV

Today Gryffindor first had Potions with Slytherin. Just wonderful. Just peachy. It was only 6:00 am. Breakfast had already started, but I stayed in my room. I didn't want to eat. I didn't want to see Malfoy either. He's probably already forgotten about me, but sorrow filled my soul

I talked to everyone I knew, but all they had to say to me was

"You probably like him". I denied it every time, but afterwards I felt stupid and blind. I thought I knew what I wanted; Clearly I didn't.

I walked to the Great Hall, taking my time walking through the halls. Just as I was going to enter, I bumped into Malfoy.

"Malfoy"

"Granger"

"What're you doing here, Princess?" I teased.

"Walking. What's it to you, Mudblood?"

"Nothing of value" I replied

"You're nothing of value" said Draco

"Neither is your blood. Shoo" I snorted

"Why? Should I take orders from Queen Granger?"

"Don't, use my insults against me!"

"Oh look everyone! Everybody bow down to Filthy Queen Granger! What do you want us to do first, my Queen?" The blonde sneered, until walking off to Potions, resulting in many other Slytherins mocking and teasing me.

I just wanted to slowly die

Draco's POV

At potions...

I sat at the back of the potions "classroom", if you can even call it that. My Head of House, Snape, was our potions teacher. Snape was.. Odd. But I won't complain.

Totally not because he favored me.

Okay it's because he favored me. I listened to Snape ramble about some dumb potion I didn't care about, until I felt a pair of eyes studying me. I looked around to see Filthy Queen Granger watching me. I watched her notice me, and quickly look away, blushing.

Bloody hell..
