Hoseok noticed that Jimin stumbled into the apartment with a look of emotional fatigue all over his face. He'd noticed a lot of things different about the younger in the past couple of days. Jimin looked so small and lost, but the older had no idea how to help. Which only made sense, because he was hurting too.
"Hi Jimin-ah, welcome home!" Hoseok chimed out from the kitchen, trying to seem as busy and content as possible. Only silence replied, and the older frowned to himself. He turned around and pulled his sleeves down from where he had them rolled up. He walked out of the kitchen only to be met face-to-face with a teary Jimin. His frown only deepened. "Baby, what's wrong?" Hoseok asked, taking Jimin's face into his hands and leading the younger to the couch.
"Hyung, I..." His breath stuttered as he inhaled deeply. "I need to talk to you." Hoseok's heart dropped, and it skipped a beat in the most sickening way possible.
"I'm right here, Min-ah." He replied, heart crushing, but running his hands down Jimin's arms, comforting and lingering. "...I think I have some things to tell you too." The younger looked up at him with wide, frightened eyes. That was the last thing Hoseok wanted. So he leaned forward, resting his forehead on the other's reassuringly. "Whatever happens from here on," Jimin's breathing hitched. "we'll be okay." Although his own tight grip on the younger's hands told him otherwise.

Seokjin stood in the silence of the room, unable to see Namjoon's expression or reaction. Moments passed and the atmosphere grew increasingly heavy.
Yoongi cursed under his breath, drawing his cousin's attention to his frowning face. The older looked surprised, eyes wide. He wasn't used to seeing Yoongi so angry. The younger stepped forward, fists clenched at his sides.
"Would you please stop?" He snapped, the hint of a growl at edge of the tone. The head chairman raised an eyebrow, and Namjoon flinched. "What's wrong with hyung loving who he wants to? The world now is different from the 1900s, grandfather." Yoongi remarked sarcastically, a scowl on his face. "You've had your fun toturing me. Now you want a second victim?" He asked, tone faltering a little bit, as the blonde tips of his bangs fell in front of his eyes. The male took a deep breath, raising a hand to run through his hair before continuing.
"What are you even worried about? Seokjin-hyung is already more than good enough at his job, and that won't change. The fact that there is someone business-smart and level-headed like Namjoon-sshi close to him is a great thing, so what's the problem here?" The irritation was apparent in Yoongi's voice, tone raising slightly every syllable. Insults were clawing at the back of his throat, threatening to tear out.
"What am I worried about? What about the image of the company? Whether or not Seokjin announces this news to the public, he and Namjoon-sshi won't be able to get married. Then you know what happens? The media crafts stories about not wanting to commit. Maybe escalate to scandals about how he'll use 'not being able to get married' as an excuse to sleep around. While staying 'faithful' to Namjoon-sshi in the light. That's only harmful to both him and the company. That's the last thing he needs." The elderly man said coldly, casting a glare to the three other men in the room.
"You care more about the company than your grandchild's happiness?" Yoongi asked, eyes narrowed.
"The company-" The head chairman started. "Is what I've spent my whole life building. It's not something you can throw to the side." The tone was quality was harsh and cold. "There's nothing I can do-"
"I'll take over the company then!" Yoongi angrily shouted. The temperature of the room went frigid, the only audible sound being heavy breathing. "I'll do it instead." He repeated, voice sounding choked up and cut off. "...Now, if you'll excuse us." With that, Yoongi swiftly turned around and led both Namjoon and Seokjin outside, the door slamming closed behind them.
