I wake up alone in the bed. The shades have been pulled open and I squint at the light coming through the room while sitting up. I see Chanyeol pulling out his extra clothes he keeps in my closet and putting them into a suitcase.

"What are you doing?" I ask him.

"I just got a call that I have to leave, a sudden need for EXO across country, an interview or something. I should be back by next week," he answers.

I am taken aback at his sudden need to leave, "ah...okay. What should I do then?"

"You can keep on planning the wedding..." he says, rushing around the room.

"But I thought we were going to do it together, I want your input," I admit.

"I know, and I'm sorry (y/n), but there's nothing I can do. It's out of my hands," he describes, placing a hand on my cheek.

"I trust your judgement to make it the best wedding ever," he says smiling widely.

"We don't even have  set budget!" I complain.

"Money isn't an issue..." he sighs looking at the time, "I'm sorry but I have to go if I want to make it in time."

He kisses me softly on the lips, lingering near my face for a while, "I love you," he tells me.

I grin, "I love you too. Text me when you get there safely."

"I will, goodbye," he speaks, rushing out of the door.

I take a shower and get dressed, getting ready to plan a wedding. By myself. I think for a moment and call (b/f/n).

"What's up, (y/n)?" she answers.

"Hey, so, I need your help."

"What with?"

"Well, Chanyeol had to leave for an emergency idol thing, and he won't be back for like a week," I explain.

"Oh, geez, what are you going to do about the wedding?" she asks.

"That's where you come in. As my maid of honor, and best friend, I thought I could ask you to help plan?" I suggest.

I hear a loud shriek on the other end of the line as she screams with excitement, "I would love to! Meet at Happy Cones in twenty! I'll bring my wedding planning binder!"

"You have a wedding planning binder?" I chuckle.

"Shut up, it's a thing," she groans, hanging up.

I meet (b/f/n) at Happy Cones. We sit at our regular booth, and she pulls out a large, sparkly binder.
