"Wait. Your mother is (y/m/n)?" I question.

She hums in response, "she called me a few days ago, and asked what I was doing. I told her I was in a wedding and she sounded very suspicious when I said who it was...do you two know each other?"

"Ha Na," I begin, "she is my mother."

Her widen, and her pupils roll to the back off her head. The mug falls from her hand, and thankfully, I am able to catch her before she hits her head on anything.

I carry her to the couch and lay her down. I shake her shoulders, trying to wake her up. Within a few minutes, her eyes flutter open and she brings her hand to her head, "(y/n)...why am I here? You wouldn't believe the dream I just had..."

I stop her, "Ha Na, it wasn't a dream."

Her mouth forms an "o" shape, "so...(y/m/n) really is your..."

I nod my head.

"Oh my god. Oh my-how could she not tell me...why haven't I ever known you? Where have you been, what happened?"

I run a hand through my hair, trying to shorten the story as much as possible, trying to keep my anger to a minimum, "she left when I was a teenager, and never came back."

"What? She never said anything about having another family..." she says.

I realize something, "how old are you?"

"I'm 20."

"I'm 24...this makes no sense. She left when I was a teenager, how can you be her kid?" I ask.

"That is weird, I have no idea," Ha Na says.

A light bulb goes off in my head, but instead of casting light, all it does is create dark shadows, "my mother was gone for two weeks every month...she said it was for her job," I tell.

"She was gone for two weeks too! And then she quit her job when I was in middle school..." Ha Na says unknowingly.

"Ha Na...do you know what this means?" I ask darkly.

She shakes her head.

"She had two families...and decided that one was better than the other. Call her and tell her to meet you at the south side of the park at 3."

Ha Na's face is dark, and she looks really confused, "why?"

I narrow my eyes, anger boiling over, "because we need some time to catch up."

Ha Na and I walk to the park as the clouds in the sky thicken, "(y/n), don't you want to wait for Chanyeol? Shouldn't you two go through this together?"
